1. First, make sure that your phone version is either on Android 7.0 and above or iOS 14.0 and above.

2. Download the boAt Crest application from Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS.

3. When you open the app, please allow all permissions.

4. Register with your mobile number by accepting the terms and conditions.

5. You will receive a verification code as an SMS. Enter the verification code in the app.

6. Follow the instructions on the app, and you will find the Wave Astra Neo smartwatch in the available device list.

7. Click on the WAVEASTRANEO_XXXX to pair the Wave Astra Neo Smartwatch with your phone.

8. This will complete the pairing process, after which the Wave Astra Neo smartwatch will start syncing with the app.

1. The operational distance for the Bluetooth is 7-10 m.

2. It is ideal that the phone and watch are in direct contact with each other.

3. If the Bluetooth is still disconnecting, close the app, switch off and switch on the Bluetooth, and start the app again.

4. Make sure the app is always running in the background.

1. Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable to the charging pad on the back of the watch.

2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a 5V/2A-rated power adapter, power bank, or computer.

3. The Wave Astra Neo display should show the charging status and percentage.

4. Note that charging via a computer USB port will be slower.

5. The charging adapter should be 5V, 2A.

6. Fully charge the smartwatch before using it for the first time.

1. To sync the data to the app, go to the app’s homepage and drag down the screen. This will start the syncing process, and data will be synced to the app.

2. Make sure you are in Bluetooth range and that your watch and app are nearby when you are syncing the data.

3. If the app is taking too long to sync or it gets stuck while syncing, unbind the device from the app and reconnect again.

4. If you continue to have data sync issues, please restart your phone and try again.

1. Make sure call alert and message alert are enabled from the app.

2. Sync the watch after enabling these features.

3. Even if the notifications are not coming, switch off your phone’s Bluetooth and again switch on OR restart your phone.

4. Try uninstalling and installing the boAt Crest and then start the binding process with the watch and check whether the issue is persisting or not.

5. Reset the watch and check whether the function is working or not.

Open the music player on your phone, select a song which you want to play, and control from music (play/pause/next/previous/volume up down)

6. Alarm: To set up an alarm.

7. Music Control Mode: To control music.

8. Camera Control Mode: To control the camera and click photos.

9. Timer: To set up a timer.

10. Settings: To enter the watch settings.

2. Select any one of the exercises before starting that exercise.

3. You can also add more sports activities.

9. You can access the last alert from the watch navigation menu or by swiping left from the home screen.

10. You can also save your frequently visited places, like Home, Work, or custom locations, in your saved locations for quicker access.
