  4. Exchange the desired order.

  1. ​In order to log in, you have to register on the boAt website and become a user. Create your account by going to https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/account/register. Use the same email id that you entered while placing your order at the boAt store.

  2. Once you create an account you will be able to log in and view all relevant information about your past order(s).

  1. We do not support product refunds.

  2. Only like-for-like replacement is supported in case there is a functional fault in the delivered product.
