Yes, users can set individual goals for every sports mode
The green lights are used to monitor your heart rate. There is an optical sensor that detects the passage of the blood and then estimates the heart rate based on that information. Red light is the blood oxygen sensor.
Yes, step counting, Heart rate monitoring, calorie count and sports modes can be recorded directly on your watch while your phone is not connected
Watch has some internal memory to record this data. Once you are in contact with your phone, you can sync the data to the app.

Tap on 'More' on the home dashboard. Go to Xtend Pro features > watch Faces. Under the Watch faces option, select the watch face you want to set on your watch & click apply. There are 4 default watch faces available on the watch. Long press on the watch home screen to view default watch faces, select add your preferred watch face.
Long press the button located on the right side of the Watch, it would lead to turning the watch on
Raise your wrist to wake up the screen of the watch
While the Xtend Pro is on, long press on the button shut down power off option, this would lead to turning the watch off.
Short press the side button from the home screen would lead to opening the menu.
While the user is inside the menu, tapping the several icons would lead to entering the different modes on the Xtend Pro .
There are following mode options on the menu of the Xtend Pro -
(i) Sport – For tracking the exercises done by the users.
(ii) Heart Rate – For measuring the heart rate of the users.
(iii) Blood Oxygen – For Measuring the saturation level of oxygen (spO2) in the user’s blood
(iv) Blood Pressure – For measuring the blood pressure of the users
(v) Guided Breathing Mode – For breathing exercise of the users
(vi) Alarm – To set up alarm for the users
(vii) Music Control – To control the music from the watch when the users are listening to music
(vii) Timer – To set up timer for the users when in need
(viii) Settings – To enter in to the settings of the watch
There are 20 different exercises which can be tracked via Sports Mode.
(i) Walking (ii) Running (iii) Treadmill (iv) Badminton (v) Football (vi) Tennis (vii) Basketball (viii) Dancing (ix) Yoga (x) Indoor cycling (xi) Cricket (xii)
Boxing (xiii) Karate (xiv) Table Tennis (xv) Pilates (xvi) Skipping (xvii) Hiking (xviii) Hockey (xix) Kabaddi and (xx) Bowling.
Select any one of the exercises before starting that particular exercise.
Short press side button and then click on start/pause to start/pause that particular exercise
From the watch home screen > Swipe right to reach the 'Heart Rate' icon >>Tap on Heart Rate >> Your HR measurement will get started, stay still while HR measurement is in progress and you can see the HR value on the screen.
You can measure it on the watch. A user can view the details on the
app
Swipe left from the watch home screen > Go to SPO2 > Tap measure.
Post your measurement, Please sync the SPO2 values to your boat Crest app.
1. This feature will allow users to monitor and rate the quality of breathing. Breath exercise (Inhale/Exhale pattern) on the watch
for selected duration and rhythm
2. It is a feature available on the watch where users can use it to do breathing exercises.
Inside the menu, click on the ‘Music Control’ icon on the watch to enter into the music control feature
While listening to music users can play, Pause, move back to previous track, jump forward to next track and control the volume of the music.
Note:- This feature might not work for some of the music apps with different control protocols.
Tap on 'More' on the home dashboard. Go to Xtend Pro features > watch Faces. Under the Watch faces option, select the watch face
you want to set on your watch> click apply.
There are 4 default watch faces available on the watch.
Long press on the watch home screen to view default watch faces
Add your preferred watch face.
Go to the Menu of the watch
Inside the menu, select the ‘Setting’ option
Inside the ‘Setting’ option, select ‘Brightness’ option.
Brightness could be changed as per users required preference. There are three levels of brightness of the screen present in the Watch Xtend Pro .
Right swipe on the home page would lead to shortcut menu
There are four functions in the shortcut menu- (i) Activity Tracker (ii) Wellness Mode (iii) Heart Rate & Blood Oxygen (v) Sleep monitor
Short press the dial to reach to the menu.
The water resistance level of the Xtend Pro smartwatch is IP68.
