2. Close all the programs on the watch → Stop and restart Bluetooth and GPS → Connect again

3. Check and enable notification functions of your phone and keep the phone and watch in close contact.

Note: Make sure your phone system meets Android 7.0 and above and iOS 12.0 and above.

1. Check to see if the Lunar Vista is within the 7 m distance from the connected media device or not and there are any obstructions in between or not.

1. Before using the Watch Lunar Vista for the first time, please fully charge the smartwatch first.

3. Any other accessories could be used for charging the Watch Lunar Vista as long as the above norms are followed.

1. Make sure call alert and message alert are enabled from the app.

2. Sync the watch after enabling these features.

3. Even if the notifications are not coming, switch off your phone’s Bluetooth and again switch on OR restart your phone.

4. Try uninstalling and installing the boAt Wearables and then start the binding process with the watch and check if the issue is still persisting or not.

5. Reset the watch and check if the function is working or not.

1. In order to sync the data to the boAt Wearables App, connect the Lunar Vista to the media device via the Wave app and go to the app’s homepage, drag down the screen. This will start the syncing process and data will be synced to the app.

2. Make sure you are in Bluetooth range and watch and Wearables app are nearby when you are syncing the data.

3. If the app is taking too long to sync or it gets stuck while syncing, unbind the device with the app and reconnect again.

   Note: Try to sync the data of the app at least once in every 7 days to avoid huge data to be synced in a single go and to avoid any data loss.

3. Sleep will not be recorded if you have sleep time less than 3 hours

4. Sync the watch with the app in the morning to view sleep data

Note: Data might not be recorded correctly if a lot of movement is noticed between 6-8 AM

1. Check if the user has hair, tattoo, skin complexion, scaring, wearing the watch too lose or too tight might affect the readings.

2. Check if the heart rate sensor which is there on the bottom of the watch is glowing in green or not. If the sensor is working properly the sensor should glow in green colour.

• spO2 and Heart Rate monitoring is only for the reference, data may not match with the medical equipment. This watch is not a medical grade equipment.

• Your watch is tracking the movement if your wrist so if you are doing something that requires a lot of hand movement then step count can be affected.

1. Heart Rate : For measuring the heart rate of the users.

2. Blood Oxygen : For Measuring the saturation level of oxygen (spO2) in the user’s blood

3. Sleep Mode : For measuring the sleep hours of the users

4. Stress Mode : For measuring the stress levels of the users

5. Alarm : To set up alarm for the users

6. Music Control Mode : To control the music from the watch when the users are listening to music. Note : This feature might not work for some of the music apps with different control protocols.

7. Camera Control Mode : To control the camera from the watch and click photos

8. Timer : To set up timer for the users when in need

9. Settings : To enter into the settings of the watch

1. There are 100+ activities modes available in the watch Run, Treadmill, Walking, Cycling, Climbing, Walking, Basketball, Badminton, Football, Yoga and free movement

2. Select any one of the exercises before starting that exercise.

3. You can also add more sports activities or hide the activities through the sports activity page.
