1. Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable which comes with the watch package on the charging pad of the watch which is located on the back of the watch and connect the other end which is an USB-A end to a 5V, 2A rated power adapter or power bank or a computer.

2. The Storm Call 3 Plus display would show the charging status and charging percentage while charging. Note: If the Storm Call 3 Plus is connected to a computer USB port for charging, the speed of charging would be less as the power pushed by the USB port of a computer is less than the 5V 2A rated power adapter.

3. Before using Storm Call 3 Plus for the first time, please fully charge the smartwatch first.

4. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V, 2A.

5. Any other accessories could be used for charging as long as the above norms are followed.

1. To sync the data to the app, go to the app’s homepage and drag down the screen. This will start the syncing process, and data will be synced to the app.

2. Make sure you are in Bluetooth range and that your watch and app are nearby when you are syncing the data.

3. If the app is taking too long to sync or it gets stuck while syncing, unbind the device from the app and reconnect again.

4. If you continue to have data sync issues, please restart your phone and try again.

1. Make sure call alert and message alert are enabled from the app.

2. Sync the watch after enabling these features.

3. Even if the notifications are not coming, switch off your phone’s Bluetooth and again switch on OR restart your phone.

4. Try uninstalling and installing the boAt Crest and then start the binding process with the watch and check whether the issue is persisting or not.

5. Reset the watch and check whether the function is working or not.

• Open the music player on your phone, select a song which you want to play, and control from music (play/pause/next/previous/volume up down)

2. Heart Rate: For measuring the heart rate of the users.

3. Blood Oxygen – For Measuring the saturation level of oxygen (spO2) in the user’s blood

4. Sleep Mode- For measuring the sleep hours of the users

5. Breathing Mode – For breathing exercise of the users

6. Alarm – To set up alarm for the users

7. Music Control Mode– To control the music from the watch when the users are listening to music. Note: This feature might not work for some of the music apps with different control protocols.

8. Camera Control Mode- To control the camera from the watch and click photos

9. Timer – To set up timer for the users when in need

10. Settings – To enter the settings of the watch

1. There are 700+ activities modes available in the watch.

2. Examples include Walking, treadmill, running, badminton, football, basketball, Tennis, yoga, etc. You can access any out of these.

3. Select any one of the exercises before starting that exercise.

4. You can also add more sports activities or hide the activities.

5. Swipe right and then click on pause to start/pause that exercise.

2. You can view all your historical heart rate readings, Min and Max HR for the day.
