First, make sure that your phone version is either on Android 7.0 and above or iOS 12 and above. It is necessary to accept and agree to all the terms and permissions, including the location services also.

1. Download the boAt Smartwear application, from Play Store for Android and AppStore for iOS.

2. When you open the app, please allow all permissions.

3. Register your mobile number by accepting the terms and conditions.

4. You will receive a verification code as an SMS. Enter the verification code in the app.

5. Follow the instructions on the App and you will find Enigma Z30

6. Smartwatch in the available device list. Click on the ENIGMAZ30 pair the Wave Smartwatch with your phone.

7. This will complete the pairing process after which the Smartwatch will start syncing with the app.

1. The operational distance for the Bluetooth is 7-10m. It is ideal that phone and watch is in direct contact with each other

2. If still the Bluetooth is disconnecting, close the app, switch off and on the Bluetooth and start the app again

3. Make sure the app is running in background always

1. Make sure your phone and watch are connected through Bluetooth.

2. Click on the BT call icon on the top left corner of the home dashboard (initially it will be red).

3. Click on Pair Now.

4. A popup for pairing with ENIGMAZ30_BT should come. Click on Pair & connect.

5. BT call will be connected now and the BT call icon on the home dashboard will appear green

1. Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable which comes with the watch package on the charging pad of the watch which is located on the back of the watch and connect the other end which is an USB-A end to a 5V, 2A rated power adapter or power bank or a computer.

2. The Enigma Z30 display would show the charging status and charging percentage while charging.

Note:

•If the Enigma Z30 is connected to a computer USB port for charging, the speed of charging would be less as the power pushed by the USB port of a computer is less than the 5V 2A rated power adapter

1. Check if the charging connector behind the watch is clean and rust free.

2. Try cleaning the magnetic charging connector available on the back panel of the watch as well as the one available on the charging cable with an alchohol swab. You can also use a cotton slightly dipped in spirit based sanitizer/ alcohol. After cleaning just wipe the surface with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain there.

3. Try using an alternate adapter that has an output of 5V 2A.

• Battery charge status is shown on the watch homepage with the percentage of the charge remaining on the watchEnigma Z30’s battery. 

1. Before using the Watch Enigma Z30for the first time, please fully charge the smartwatch first.

2. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V, 2A

3. Any other accessories could be used for charging the Watch Enigma Z30as long as the above norms are followed.

1. Make sure call alert and message alert are enabled from the app and most importantly disable Battery Optimization.

2. Sync the watch after enabling these features.

3. Even if the notifications are not coming, switch off your phone’s Bluetooth and again switch on OR restart your phone

4. Try to uninstall and then re-install the Smartwear app by disabling battery optimization and Auto-start options and then start binding process with the watch and check if the issue is still persisting or not.

5. Reset the watch and check if the function is working or not.

1. In order to sync the data to the Smartwear app, connect the Enigma Z30 to the media device via the Smartwear app and go to the app’s homepage, drag down the screen. This will start the syncing process and data will be synced to the app.

2. Make sure you are in Bluetooth range and watch and Smartwear app are nearby when you are syncing the data.

3. If the app is taking too long time to sync or it gets stuck while syncing, unbind the device with the app and reconnect.

Note: Try to sync the data of the app at least once in every 7 days to avoid huge data to be synced in a single go and to avoid any data loss.

1. We have designed the watch so that the display is active on a slight flick of the wrist.

2. The tracker may take a second or two to light up the screen.

3. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire and liquid.

• In order to access watch faces from the app, users should log in to the app first.

• Open the music player on your phone, select a song which you want to play, and control from music (play/pause/next/previous/volume up down)

Note 1: Make sure you enable player from the app first

• Your watch is tracking the movement if your wrist so if you are doing something that requires a lot of hand movement then step count can be affected

1. Make sure you wear the watch while sleeping in order to track the sleep data.

2. Measure your night sleep automatically. Sleep duration and classification details (Deep, light, REM,Awake)are available on the watch and the app.

3. Sleep will not be recorded if you have sleep time less than 3 hours

4. Sync the watch with the app in the morning to view sleep data

Note: Data might not be recorded correctly if a lot of movement is noticed between 6-8 AM

1. Check if the user has hair, tattoo, skin complexion, scaring, wear the watch too lose or too tight might affect the readings.

2. Check if the heart rate sensor which is there on the bottom of the watch is glowing in green or not. If the sensor is working properly the sensor should glow in green colour.

3. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire and liquid.​

1. The green lights are used to monitor your heart rate.There is an optical sensor that detects the passage of the blood and then estimates the heart rate based on that information.

1. Long press the upper side button of the Enigma Z30 it would lead to turning the watch on

2. Raise your wrist to wake up the screen of the watch

• While the Enigma Z30 on, long press on the upper side button for shut down power off option, this would lead to turning the watch off.

• Short Press the upper side button to enter the main menu

•While the user is inside the menu, tapping the several icons would lead to entering the different modes on the Enigma Z30

•There are following mode options on the menu of the Enigma Z30

1. Steps : For tracking daily activities like step count, distance travelled, etc by the users

2. Heart Rate : For measuring the heart rate of the users.

3. Blood Oxygen : For Measuring the saturation level of oxygen (spO2) in the user’s blood

4. Female Wellness : For alerts of your period and ovulation dates on the watch.

5. Sleep Mode : For measuring the sleep hours of the users

6. Breathing Mode : For breathing exercise of the users

7. Breathing Mode : For breathing exercise of the users (Note:- This feature might not work for some of the music apps with different control protocols)

8. Alarm : To set up alarm for the users

9. Music Control Mode : To control the music from the watch when the users are listening to music

   Note:- This feature might not work for some of the music apps with different control protocols.

10. Camera Control Mode : To control the camera from the watch and click photos

11. Timer : To set up timer for the users when in need

12. Settings : To enter into the settings of the watch

1. There are 100+ activities modes available in the watch Walking, Running Treadmill, Hiking, Strength Training, Basketball, Badminton, Cricket, cycling and more. You can access any out of these.

2. Select any one of the exercises before starting that exercise.

3. You can also add more sports activities or hide the activities.

4. Swipe right and then click on pause to start/pause that exercise

• On the App home dashboard> Tap on "Heart rate” card and you can view all your historical heart rate readings. You can view your Min and Max HR for the day. You can also access the history by tapping on the history icon and can also filter the details based on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly basis.

Please note:- Your sleep goal is indicative of your sleep target, and the watch automatically records the sleep.

• There are 5 default watch faces available on the watch. Long press on the watch home screen to view default watch faces, select and add your preferred watch face.

• You can control the brightness level of the watch by swiping down from the watch home screen and change the brightness level.

1. Swipe left on the home page would lead to shortcut menu. There are five functions in the shortcut menu- (i) daily activity, (ii) heart rate, (iii) sleep, (iv)weather, and (v) music

1. Inside the menu, click on the ‘Camera Control’ icon on the watch to access remote camera on the Enigma Z30 Watch

2. Click again on the camera icon to open the camera app on the media device
