1. The operational distance for Bluetooth is 7-10 m.

2. It is ideal that a phone and watch are in direct contact with each other.

3. If Bluetooth is still disconnecting, close the app, switch off and on Bluetooth, and start the app again.

4. Make sure the app is running in the background.

1. Go to the "More > Help & Feedback > Troubleshoot Connectivity" section in-app and select all the three options & tap on the troubleshoot button.

2. Now go to the App home screen & the watch should connect automatically.

3. Alternatively, you can click on the question mark (?) icon on the top right to access Troubleshoot Connectivity option as well & follow the rest as mentioned above.

4. If the problem persists, toggle your phone Bluetooth or Close the App and Try Again.

5. If this still does not work, please restart the phone and try to connect again.

6. For iOS users: Please go to the Phone Bluetooth Screen and tap on the "i" icon against the watch name. Forget the device and relaunch your app; there should be a pop-up message to pair the watch. Tap on the pair option.

1. Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable, which comes with the watch package, to the charging pad of the watch located on the back of the watch.

2. Connect the other end of the cable which is a USB-A end to a 5V/2A rated power adapter power bank or a computer.

3. Chrome Horizon’s display will show the charging status and charging percentage while charging.

4. Note: If Chrome Horizon is connected to a computer USB port for charging, the speed of charging will be less as the power pushed by the USB port of a computer is less than a 5V/2A rated power adapter.

5. Before using Chrome Horizon for the first time, please fully charge the smartwatch first.

6. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V/2A.

7. Any other accessory can be used for charging Chrome Horizon if the above norms are followed.

1. To sync the data to the app, go to the app’s homepage and drag down the screen. This will start the syncing process, and data will be synced to the app.

2. Make sure you are in Bluetooth range and that your watch and app are nearby when you are syncing the data.

3. If the app is taking too long to sync or it gets stuck while syncing, unbind the device from the app and reconnect again.

4. If you continue to have data sync issues, please restart your phone and try again.

1. Make sure call alert and message alert are enabled from the app.

2. Sync the watch after enabling these features.

3. Even if the notifications are not coming, switch off your phone’s Bluetooth and again switch on OR restart your phone.

4. Try uninstalling and installing the boAt Crest and then start the binding process with the watch and check whether the issue is persisting or not.

5. Reset the watch and check whether the function is working or not.

Open the music player on your phone, select a song which you want to play, and control from music (play/pause/next/previous/volume up down)

1. We have designed the watch so that the display is active on a slight flick of the wrist.

2. The tracker may take a second or two to light up the screen.

• Please make sure that the sound is turned to maximum on the phone (for phone ringing) and camera permission is allowed, which is required for the flashlight to work.

• If there is any alert slider, make sure it is set to ringing mode for the sound to be heard.

1. Swipe down on the home screen for the shortcut menu.

2. The functions in the shortcut menu include: DND, Brightness, Battery Saver, Wake Gesture, Flashlight, and Settings.

• While the user is inside the menu, tapping the several icons would lead to entering the different modes on Chrome Horizon. There are the following mode options on the menu of Chrome Horizon:

1. Steps: For tracking daily activities like step count, distance travelled, etc.

2. Activity: This feature allows the user to check the step count, calories burnt, and distance covered.

3. Sleep Monitor: For reviewing the user’s sleep data for the previous night

4. Stress: This is used to measure the stress level of the user

5. Breathing Mode: For breathing exercise of the users.

6. Weather: To get the weather forecast and updates on the go

7. Calendar: For users to check their schedule and upcoming events.

8. Music: For users to conveniently listen to their favorite tunes

9. SpO2: For users to measure blood oxygen levels, which can help you understand your respiratory health

10. HRV: For users to check always-changing interval between heartbeats.

1. There are multiple default activities on the watch. You can also add or replace the activities according to your preference using the boAt Crest app.

2. Tap on any workout mode to start, and the watch will start recording the duration of the activity.

3. Press the lower side button or swipe right to pause or stop the activity. The activity will not be recorded if it is less than 3 minutes duration.
