1. The operational distance for Bluetooth is 7-10 m.

2. Go to the "More > Help & Feedback > Troubleshoot Connectivity" section in-app and select all the three options & tap on the troubleshoot button.

3. Now go to the App home screen & the watch should connect automatically.

4. Alternatively, you can click on the question mark (?) icon on the top right to access Troubleshoot Connectivity option as well & follow the rest as mentioned above.

5. If the problem persists, toggle your phone Bluetooth or Close the App and Try Again.

6. If this still does not work, please restart the phone and try to connect again.

7. For iOS users: Please go to the Phone Bluetooth Screen and tap on the "i" icon against the watch name. Forget the device and relaunch your app; there should be a pop-up message to pair the watch. Tap on the pair option.

1. Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable which comes with the watch package on the charging pad of the watch which is located on the back of the watch and connect the other end which is an USB-A end to a 5V, 2A rated power adapter or power bank or a computer.

2. The Chrome EON display would show the charging status and charging percentage while charging. Note: If the Chrome EON is connected to a computer USB port for charging, the speed of charging would be less as the power pushed by the USB port of a computer is less than the 5V 2A rated power adapter.

3. Before using Chrome EON for the first time, please fully charge the smartwatch first.

4. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V, 2A.

5. Any other accessories could be used for charging as long as the above norms are followed.

1. We have designed the watch so that the display is active on a slight flick of the wrist. The tracker may take 1-2 seconds to light up the screen.

2. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire and liquid.

• Open the music player on your phone, select a song which you want to play, and control the music (play/pause/next/previous/volume up down).

• Note 1: Make sure you enable music control from the app first.

• Note 2: Make sure the watch is connected with the app.

• To access watch faces from the app, users should log in to the app first.

1. Make sure you wear the watch while sleeping in order to track the sleep data.

2. Measure your night sleep automatically. Sleep duration and classification details (Deep, light, REM, Awake) are available on the watch and the app.

3. Sleep will not be recorded if you have less than 3 hours sleep.

4. Sync the watch with the app in the morning to view sleep data.

Note: Data might not be recorded correctly if a lot of movement is noticed between 6-8 AM.

1. Please make sure that the sound is turned to maximum on the phone (for phone ringing) and camera permission is allowed, which is required for the flashlight to work.

2. If there is any alert slider, make sure it is set to ringing mode for the sound to be heard.

1. Check if the user has body hair, a tattoo, skin complexion, or scarring, or if they are wearing the watch too loose or too tight, which might affect the readings.

2. Check whether the heart rate sensor which is there on the bottom of the watch is glowing in green or not. If the sensor is working properly, the sensor should glow in a green color.

• SpO2 and Heart Rate monitoring is only for a reference; the data may not match with the medical equipment. This watch is not medical grade equipment.

• Your watch is tracking the movement of your wrist so if you are doing something that requires a lot of hand movement then step count will be affected.

2. Download the boAt Crest application from Play Store (Android) and AppStore (iOS).

3. When you open the app, please allow all permissions.

Users can upload a custom watch face with images from their device. Follow the instructions to update the custom watch face mentioned below:

• Open the boAt Crest app.

• Go to the “My Watch” section.

• Here the option to “Change Watch Face” is available.

• Go to my creation and click on “Create a watch face”.

• Select a background ‘Image’ from your gallery.

• Choose the parameters you wish to add to the selected background:

5. ​An invite will be sent automatically ​

6. Once they accept, they’ll be added to your Fitness Buddies list.​
