Troubleshooting FAQs

  1. Turn the speaker on. Its LED Indicator blinks in white color until the pairing is done.

  2. Activate the phone’s Bluetooth functionality and search for the name “Stone Spinx Pro” and choose it to carry out the Bluetooth pairing.

  3. As soon as the Bluetooth pairing is done, the connection is indicated by a prompt & the white LED becomes solid.

  1. Check to see if the device is in pairing mode, after powering it on the LED indicator will blink blue.

  2. Check if the speaker is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

  3. Check if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections or not

  4. Check if the speaker being connected to does have any software issues or not – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software, if it still does not work try factory resetting the device.

  1. Check if restarting the speaker resolves the issue.

  2. Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.

  3. Check if there are any obstructions between the speaker and the device, move the device at a closer range to the speaker and see if it still affects it.

  4. Try factory-resetting the device.

  1. To charge the speaker connect the provided charging cable to the TYPE C Charging slot on the speaker.

  2. While charging the Charging LED will glow in red colour. Once fully charged the LED will go off.

  3. In case of low battery, there will be two low battery warning prompts after which the speaker will go off.

Note:

  • Please don’t use the speaker while it is in charging as it may decrease the battery’s performance.

  • If the battery is completely discharged, speaker may restart leave it off and recharge it for at least an hour before using it.

  • When the battery is low, the speaker will periodically emit a warning tone

  1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

  2. Check if the charging cable connected to the speaker is not broken, use other charging cables to charge the speaker and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the speaker. The Red LED light located on the speaker would indicate if the charging is happening or not.

  3. Check if the Type C Charging port on the case is damaged or not

  4. Try factory-resetting the device.

  1. Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

  2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.

  3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

  4. Check the sound on different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

  5. Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low charging levels.

  6. Check if the speaker does not have water droplets, in case they do, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

  1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

  2. Fully let the speaker discharge and then charge it fully again before use.

  3. Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e. the jack is properly inserted into the device for aux, SD card is properly functioning for SD mode, properly paired for Bluetooth mode with light solid blue.

  4. Try connecting through a different connection mode or media device.

  5. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first or not. A red LED light on the speaker will indicate they are still being charged. This light will turn off once the speaker has been completely charged.

  2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the speaker or not.

  3. Check by switching the speaker on manually, press and hold the power on button for at least 3 seconds.

  4. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire

  1. Check to see the microphone is not being blocked by any dust or obstruction.

  2. Check to see if the microphone is being held at the adequate distance

  3. for it to be able to pick up the voice.

  4. Check if the microphone was not exposed to any hazards like direct sunlight or fire.

  5. Check if the microphone was not exposed to water above the resistance or dipped in any liquid.

  6. The microphone is not functional using the aux mode, check if the device is not in aux mode.

  7. Try factory-resetting the device.

  2. Check if you have connected the aux cable properly and in the correct orientation on both ends.

  3. Check if the problem persists even after using a different cable or different device to connect to the speaker.

  1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

  2. Check if the device is in aux mode because the buttons will not work in aux mode

  3. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players

  4. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

  1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue and if the speaker is in SD/TF mode.

  2. Check if your SD/TF Card is functional and working on another media device.

  3. Make sure that your music files are in the MP3 format on the card.

General FAQs

  • Long press the power button to turn the speaker on/off

  • In case of Malfunction, use the provided pin to prick the hidden reset button & it will set the device to default mode.

Note: If the speaker doesn’t turn off or doesn’t respond properly, you could use the Reset functionality.

  1. Previous Track/Volume Down : Long press the volume down button to go to Previous Track and short press in steps to reduce the volume.

  2. Next Track/Volume Up : Long press the volume Up button to go to the next track and short press in steps to increase the volume.

  • Short press the “Δ” button to play or pause a track.

  • PartyPal 208 can be connected to another PartyPal 208 and both can be virtually forged into one speaker for a greater impact. For TWS connection:

  1. Turn on both the speakers, keep both of them under Bluetooth mode.

  2. Press and hold the TWS button on one of the two speakers for about 2 seconds until you hear a beep

  3. After releasing TWS button, it may take a few more seconds for the speakers to connect

  4. Activate the phone’s Bluetooth function and search for “PartyPal 208” to establish pairing

  • Short Press Φ button to change the mode (BT, USB, AUX, USB, TF Card, FM)

  • Short press the ► to answer the call or to end an ongoing call.

  • Long press the ► to reject the Incoming call.

  • Long press the ► to activate Voice Assistant (Google, Siri).

  • Single Press the multifunction button(MFB) to go into the pairing mode.

  • Short press the ☼ button to change the RGB lights and to On/Off.

  1. Turn on the two Stone Spnix Pro speakers that you require to be forged into one. You only need to set one of the two units.

  2. Press and hold the Play Pause “☼” Button on one of the two speakers for 2 seconds until you hear a sound.

  3. After releasing “☼”, it may take few more seconds for the speakers to connect.

  4. Activate the Bluetooth function and search for stone Spinx Pro to establish pairing

  5. It searches for the other speaker for a few seconds.

  6. Once both the speakers get connected via TWS mode, it gets indicated by a sound prompt.

  1. Under Bluetooth connection status, if there is an incoming call, the user can short-press the Play/Pause button to accept the call or long-press Play/Pause button to reject the call.

  2. Short press the Play/Pause button or operate on the mobile phone to end the call.

Note: If your smart phone is disconnected from the speaker due to the shut down or switching mode, the speaker will automatically reconnect to your smart phone when its turn on or Bluetooth mode on.

  1. Connect one end of the provided cable to the AUX input of the speaker and the other to the external device.

  2. In AUX mode you can control the audio playback via the media device/phone.

NOTE: In Aux mode, all the functions would work from the connected device.

  • Yes, it does. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and supports 3.5 mm aux in port playback in case you don’t want to stream wirelessly

  • The speaker has an aux port. USB, TF Card slots. Other than that, it supports Bluetooth connectivity (Version 5.0).

  • Yes, this version of our Stone Spinx Pro does support the calling feature. Incoming calls could be accepted and rejected via this speaker and can act like a speaker phone.

  • Yes, the speaker is not powered through the aux cable so please make sure that it is charged and powered on before using it through aux connection.

  • Yes, the speakerphone will work, and, in this case, the primary speaker will be the speakerphone

  • Yes, it can be. However, it is advised to only do so using an aux connection as Bluetooth mode might have latency issues.

  • Only 2 speakers of the same model can be connected in True Wireless Mode.

  • Yes, the speakerphone works in all modes except for aux.

  • Not completely, it has IPX4 certification which means it can stay up to 30mins in water up to 30ft. Ensure the speaker is dried and water emptied before use for optimum results.

  • The speaker does have IPX4 water protection, but it only protects under accidental exposure or submersion to water and is not meant for prolonged usage inside the water.
