Troubleshooting FAQs
General FAQs
Long press the power button for more than 2 seconds to switch the speaker ON/OFF. Note: The speaker will automatically enter Standby mode if left idle for about 20 minutes.
Double press the power button to disconnect the current connected device.
Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to power off the speaker forcibly.
Alternatively, press the Power button 3 times to clear the Bluetooth connection history of the speaker and revert it to the default settings.
Short press the Power button 1 time to change the connectivity mode (BT/TF Card).
Triple press the Volume Up/Next Track button to switch on/off the LED effect.
Next Track: Long press the ‘+’ button for more than 2 seconds to skip to the next track.
Previous Track: Long press the ‘-’ button for more than 2 seconds to return to the previous track.
Volume Up: Short press the ‘+’ button in steps to increase the volume.
Volume Down: Short press the ‘-’ button in steps to reduce the volume to your desired level.
Short press the Mode button to play or pause a track.
Answer Incoming Calls: Short press the Mode button to answer an incoming call.
Hang Up Calls: Short press the Mode button to end ongoing calls.
Reject Incoming Calls: Long press the Mode button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
Redial: Press the Mode button 3 times to redial the last contacted number.
Switch Call to Phone: Long press the Mode button for 2 seconds to switch an ongoing call to your mobile phone.
Double press the Mode button to activate the default voice assistant (Google voice assistant/Siri).
Make sure the speakers are not paired with any external devices.
Turn on the two speakers and select Bluetooth mode; the LED will flash quickly to indicate the same.
Long press the Mode button on one speaker for 2 seconds to enter the TWS mode.
When pairing is successful, a tone prompt will confirm the pairing.
Once TWS is activated, the speakers will automatically pair with each other if turned on at the same time.
To deactivate the TWS function and unpair the speakers, long press the Mode button on the speaker for 2 seconds after pairing.
To charge the speaker, connect the provided charging cable to the Type-C Charging slot on the speaker.
When the speaker is in charging mode, the LED remains solid red.
The LED indicator turns off once the speaker is fully charged.
When the battery is low, the speaker will make a beep sound. After 2 such indications, the speaker will automatically switch OFF.
Note:
Please don’t use the speaker while it is charging as it may decrease the battery’s performance.
If the battery is completely discharged, the speaker may restart. Recharge it for at least an hour before using it.
Yes, you can charge it with Type-C cable.
To ensure maximum efficiency and battery life, ensure that the speaker is not always used at 100% volume.
Ensure that the battery is charged when it falls to 20% and below.
The red LED remains solid on (the speaker will fully recharge in about 2 hours) when the speaker is in charging mode.
The red LED turns off once the speaker is fully charged.
The speaker enters Bluetooth pairing mode automatically with rapidly blinking blue LED.
Yes, this version of our Stone 208 does support calling feature.
Incoming calls can be accepted and rejected via this speaker and it can act like a speaker phone.
Yes, it does. It supports Bluetooth v5.3 and also supports TF mode playback in case you don’t want to stream wirelessly.
It can support up to 8 hours of playback at 60% volume.
Note: Increasing the volume more than 60% will reduce the playback time.
The speaker supports Bluetooth connectivity and TF card. It does not support AUX, USB, and FM radio.
Yes, the speakerphone will work, and, in this case, the primary speaker will be the speakerphone.
Yes, the speakerphone works in all modes.
