Troubleshooting FAQs

  • Short press the “INPUT” button on PartyPal or remote controller to switch it to BT mode. On your phone search for “PartyPal 300”and connect.

  • Press Input to enter AUX/USB/Bluetooth/HDMI(ARC)/TF

  1. Connect one end of the provided charging cable to the charging input and the other end to an adaptor of 5V/2A.

  2. During charging, the LED indicator stays solid red; once the charging gets completed the indicator turns off (the device will fully recharge in about 7 hours).

Note: If the speaker doesn’t turn off or doesn’t respond, you could use the Reset functionality.

  • Please don’t use the speaker while it is in charge as it may decrease the battery’s performance.

  • If the battery is completely discharged, the speaker may restart leave it off and recharge it for at least an hour before using it.

  • Battery life (up to 4 hours with use at medium volume) may vary depending on the listening volume, based on the type of song being played, depending on the selected source, whether the LED lights are used, and the state of wear of the battery.

  • Recharge times may vary depending on the state of charge of the speaker and the characteristics of the charger used.

  • When the battery is low, the speaker will periodically emit a warning tone.

  1. Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

  2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.

  3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

  4. Check for different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

  5. Check if the problem occurs when connected to different power sockets

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e. the jack is properly inserted into the device for aux, properly connected with the HDMI cable from unit's HDMI (ARC) slot to the HDMI (ARC) slot on your ARC compatible TV, check if the protective cap of the OPTICAL socket is removed, then connect an OPTICAL cable to the TV’s OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL socket on the unit, the USB that is connected is functional or if it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly and the blue light is not blinking to indicate it is properly paired in Bluetooth mode.

  2. When using either of the Digital inputs, if there is no audio, try setting the TV output to PCM or connect directly to your Blu-ray/other source, some TVs do not pass-through digital audio, check the TV manual for details.

  3. Your TV may be set to variable audio output. Confirm that the audio output setting is set to FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE. Consult your TV’s user manual for more detailed information.

  4. Check if the device has been properly connected to the power socket and if the problem occurs on all modes of playback. If connected to the TV, ensure that the connections are secure, the TV supports the playback mode, and the volume is set properly on the TV.

  5. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

  1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

  2. Check if the device is in aux mode because the buttons will not work in aux mode

  3. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if they controls do not function on call or other media players

  4. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

  1. Check if the Party Pal 300 and the subwoofer are plugged in properly to the power source and turned on using the button on the soundbar or the remote.

  2. Check if there are any loose wirings.

  3. Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again

  1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

  2. Check if the device is in aux mode because the remote buttons will not work in aux mode

  3. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if they controls do not function on call or other media players

  4. Check if the remote control has been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

  5. Before you press any playback control button, first select the correct source.

  6. Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit.

  7. Insert the battery with its polarities (+/-) aligned as indicated.

  8. Check that the batteries in the remote are functional and of the correct type, try to replace the battery.

  9. Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the unit.

General FAQs

  • Utilize the Power switch to power on the device

  • Press the Bass Boost Button for 3 seconds to clear Bluetooth memory & pair to a new device.

Note: If the speaker doesn’t turn off or doesn’t respond, you could use the Reset functionality.

  • The Amazon Firestick will not connect to the Soundbar.

  1. Turn the speaker on and short press the Mode button in case the playback mode is non-Bluetooth, the blue LED flashes quickly

  2. Activate the phone’s Bluetooth functionality and Search for the name “Party Pal 300” from the external device and choose it to carry out the Bluetooth pairing (enter “0000” if requested).

  3. Once paired, you can start playback from the external Bluetooth device.

  4. During music playback, you can briefly press the Play/Pause button to pause playback. To resume playback, press the Play/Pause button again.

Note:

  • The speaker can automatically reconnect to the last paired device.

  • The speaker gets automatically turned off if there’s no pairing established for 5 minutes

  1. Connect one end of the appropriate cable (to the 3.5mm AUX input of the speaker and the other to the external device.

  2. Select the correct source by pressing the MODE button several times then start playback directly from the connected external device.

Note:

  • In AUX mode it is not possible to pass to the next/previous track with the “Next Track”/ “Previous Track” buttons but it is necessary to carry out the operation directly from the connected external device.

  1. Insert a USB stick/MicroSD card into the slot after turning on the speaker, playback will start automatically.

  2. Press the “Play/Pause” button to pause/resume playback.

  3. Briefly press the “Next Track” / “Previous Track” buttons to skip to the next track/return to the previous track.

  4. You can rewind/fast forward while playing a song by long pressing the “Fast Rewind/ Fast Forward” buttons.

  5. Using the numeric keys on the remote control it is possible to enter the number of the track to be played.

  6. You can press the RPT button on the remote control to switch repeat modes to play the same track or all tracks.

Note:

  • Compatibility with all commercially available storage devices cannot be guaranteed.

  • External USB devices that require a voltage rating greater than 5V and a current rating greater than 200mA are not supported.

  • If you use a USB extension cable, the connected storage device may not be recognized or function properly.
