In order to pair, the device should be in pairing mode (indicated by Red & Blue LEDs) – Hold the multi-function button / power botton for 5 seconds until the Red and Blue LEDs on the device start flashing alternately.

Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and there are no obstructions in between.

Check if it works after clearing the pairing list on the device. Power Off the device and then long press the power button for 10 seconds to clear paired list of devices.The blue and red LEDs flashes together for 5 seconds to indicate the same. After this turn Off the device, Power it On and then connect it.

Check if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections

Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter 0000 or 1234

Check to see if the device being connected to does not have any software issues – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software

To enable Dual Pairing, first pair the devices separately when Rockerz Trinity is in ‘Pairing Mode’. Once paired, 2 devices can be connected at once.

Music can be played through 1 device at once. Music can be shifted from 1st device to 2nd device when Music is paused in 1st device or when 2nd device gets a call

Devices mentioned above can be mobile/laptop

Check to Pair the Rockerz Trinity to first phone as per usual pairing procedure, then switch it off. Then switch on the earphone again and enter pairing mode, enable Bluetooth function in second phone, find earphone’s Pairing Name “Rockerz Trinity" and pair to second phone per usual procedure.

Switch off earphone one more time and then simply switch on earphone, without entering pairing mode (a short press until white light comes on).

The earphone should automatically re-connect to the last connected phone (which is the second phone). Now find headset “Rockerz Trinity" in first phone’s Bluetooth setting, select this to pair to first phone. Both phones should now be paired to the earphone.

Check to try dual pairing with other devices to see if it works with them.

Unpair / forget the device name from your BT list of paired devices.

Long press power button for 10 seconds in power off mode. The blue and red LEDs flashes together for 5 seconds to indicate the same. This will clear all the paired devices history from the device.

Low Battery: When the remaining battery is less than 20%, ‘Low Battery’ prompt is made through the earphones every 5 minute and red LED flashes quickly every few seconds to indicate it.

Charging: Solid red LED indicates that the earphones are being charged. (Note: Earphone cannot be turned on while charging)

Fully charged: Once the earphones are fully charged, it is indicated by the LED indicator getting turned off

Check to see if the charging wire being used is working – check to use another charging wire or try using the wire on another device.

Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A chargers.

Check if the charging is done till the red light turns completely blue.

Check if the battery was not tampered with or exposed to any electrical damage.

Check if the charging port is not clogged with dirt. If so, please clean it with a cotton swab.

Please check if the adapter and charging cable support fast charging.

Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied. Go to the connected device's sound settings and set the Equalizer to Normal/ Default/ Zero/ None.

Reset the device or clear the paired devices list.

Check to see if the earbuds have ear wax accumulated. If so, please clean it with cotton swab and alcohol, after doing so gently blow dry it from a distance.

Ensure that there are no obstruction between your Rockerz Trinity and the connected device and they are within the Bluetooth range (10 meters).

Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied. Go to the connected device's sound settings and set the Equalizer to Normal/ Default/ Zero/ None.

Check using different media players and different devices and if the volume change happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

Try resetting your Rockerz Trinity.

Ensure the microphone is not being blocked by any particles.

Check to see if the microphone is being held at the adequate distance for it to be able to pick up the voice.

Check if the microphone was not exposed to any hazards like direct sunlight or fire or to water above the resistance or dipped in any liquid.

Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, till the red light turns blue.

Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A (Output) Chargers.

Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

Unpair/ forget the device, reset and re-pair it.

Check if the media player being used supports such controls.

Check if the controls do not function on call or other media players

Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.

Please follow the steps carefully, long press for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device. Though under some circumstance, this featuremay or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

Short press the volume +/- button in steps to increase the volume.

There will be a ‘tone’ when the sound volume reaches its maximum or minimum

Answer Call: Short press the multi-function button once to receive an incoming call. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get answered.

End Call: Short press the multi-function button once to end an ongoing call. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get ended.

Previous Track: While playing music, press and hold volume (-) button for 2 seconds to move to the previous track.

Next Track: While playing music, press and hold volume (+) button for 2 seconds to move to the next track
