Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz Strive" from your device's pairing history.

Reset Step:

1. Press and hold the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear the list of paired devices.

2. After successful factory reset, the red and blue LEDs flash alternatively for 1 second to indicate the same.

Congratulations! Your Rockerz Strive earphones have been Reset.

1. Check to pair boAt Rockerz Strive to the first phone as per usual pairing procedure. Select “boAt Rockerz Strive” from the list of available Bluetooth devices and then switch off both the earphones and the Bluetooth of the first phone.

2. After this, switch on the earphones. Then turn on the Bluetooth function of the second phone.

3. Scan and search the earphones’ pairing name “boAt Rockerz Strive” and pair to the second phone. Then simply switch on the first phone’s Bluetooth. The earphones should reconnect to the first phone and both phones should now be paired to the earphones.

4. Check to try dual pairing with other devices to see if it works with them.

1. To charge the earphones, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the earphones and connect the other end to a laptop, wall adapter, or a power bank.

2. During charging, red LED remains solid ON.

3. Once the charging is complete, the LED turns off.

• Rockerz Strive can be connected to 2 devices at once. To enable this feature, following steps are to be taken:

1. Pair Rockerz Strive neckband earphones with your first media device via Bluetooth.

2. Turn off both the earphones and the Bluetooth on the first device.

3. Switch on the earphones and the Bluetooth on your second media device to pair.

4. Finally, switch on the Bluetooth of the first media device again. Congratulations! Your earphones are now connected to both your devices successfully via Bluetooth.

Note: If the earphones are not connected, try connecting the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.
