Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz Plus 550" from your device's pairing history.

1. Check if it works after clearing the pairing list on the device: press and hold the MFB and the Volume up (+) button simultaneously for 3 seconds to clear the paired list of devices.

2. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

1. Check to pair boAt Rockerz Plus 550 to the first phone as per usual pairing procedure.

2. Select “boAt Rockerz Plus 550” from the list of available Bluetooth devices and then switch off both the headphones and the Bluetooth of the first phone.

3. After this, switch on the headphones.

4. Then turn on the Bluetooth function of the second phone.

5. Scan and search the headphones’ pairing name “boAt Rockerz Plus 550” and pair to the second phone.

6. Then simply switch on the first phone’s Bluetooth. The headphones should reconnect to the first phone and both phones should now be paired to the headphones.

7. Check to try dual pairing with other devices to see if it works with them.

• To charge the device, plug one end of the USB type-C cable into the device’s charge port and connect the other end to a computer or wall adapter

1. Check to see if the charging wire being used is working – check to use another charging wire or try using the wire on another device.

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A chargers.

3. Check if the charging is done till the red light turns completely blue.

4. Check if the battery was not tampered with or exposed to any electrical damage.

5. Check if the charging port is not clogged with dirt. If so, please clean it with a cotton swab.

6. Please check if the adapter and charging cable support fast charging.

1. Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied. Go to the connected device's sound settings and set the Equalizer to Normal/ Default/ Zero/ None.

2. Reset the device or clear the paired devices list.

3. Check to see if the earcups have ear wax accumulated. If so, please clean it with cotton swab and alcohol, after doing so gently blow dry it from a distance.

4. Ensure that there are no obstruction between your Rockerz Plus 550 and the connected device and they are within the Bluetooth range (10 meters).

2. Check using different media players and different devices and if the volume change happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

2. Ensure the microphone is not being blocked by any particles.

3. Check to see if the microphone is being held at the adequate distance for it to be able to pick up the voice.

4. Now check if your voice is getting recorded on a voice recorder to understand if your mic is working.

5. Check if the microphone was not exposed to any hazards like direct sunlight or fire or to water above the resistance or dipped in any liquid.

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, till the red light turns blue.

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A (Output) Chargers.

3. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

2. Unpair/ forget the device, reset and pair again.

3. Check if the media player being used supports such controls.

1. Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.

2. Please follow the steps carefully, long press for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device. Though under some circumstance, this featuremay or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

1. Press & hold the volume +/- button in steps to increase/decrease the volume.

2. There will be a ‘tone’ when the sound volume reaches its maximum

1. Answer Call: Short press the multi-function button once to receive an incoming call. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get answered.

2. End Call: Short press the multi-function button once to end an ongoing call. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get ended.

• Double press the MFB (Multi-function Button) in the call ring status. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get rejected.

• While playing music, short press the MFB once to play/pause the music.

1. Previous Track: While playing music, press and hold volume (-) button for 2 seconds to move to the previous track.

2. Next Track: While playing music, press and hold volume (+) button for 2 seconds to move to the next track

• Red and blue LEDs light up automatically and enter the pairing state after flashing thrice simultaneously

• Long press Power ON/OFF Button and Vol. Down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. This will clear all the paired devices history from the device.

• Double Press MFB Button

1. Single Press the Beast mode quick switch button to activate BEAST mode for low latency playtime.

2. Single Press the Beast mode quick switch button again to activate music mode from BEAST mode
