Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz 512 ANC" from your device's pairing history.

Reset Step: Long press Vol. + and Vol. - buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds to clear all the paired device history from the device.

Perform a fresh connection attempt and see if it fixes the issue.

If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

To charge the device, plug one end of the USB type-C cable into the device’s charge port.

Connect the other end to a computer or wall adapter.

Check if the charging wire being used is working – check to use another charging wire or try using the wire on another device.

Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V/2A chargers.

Check if the charging is done till the red LED turns OFF (indicating full charge).

Check if the battery was not tampered with or exposed to any electrical damage.

Check if the charging port is not clogged with dirt. If so, please clean it with a cotton swab.

Please check if the adapter and charging cable support fast charging.

For optimal charging, use a wall adapter with specifications of 5V/2A.

The cable should be a standard cable with 35 strands @ 0.10mm diameter/strand.

Any other accessory can be used for charging the headphones if the above norms are followed

Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

Check using different media players and different devices and if the volume change happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, till the red light turns completely blue.

Check if the charging wire being used is working – check to use another charging wire or try using the wire on another device.

Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V/2A chargers.

Check if the charging is done till the red LED turns OFF.

Check if the battery was not tampered with or exposed to any electrical damage.

Check if the charging port is not clogged with dirt.

Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players

Ensure that the controls have not been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.

Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.

Please follow the steps carefully: long press for 2 seconds and release.

This should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device.

Under some circumstances, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

Try restarting the device.

Perform a factory reset.

Make sure there are no objects between your headphones and your connected device. Try moving your device closer to the headphones to see if the connection improves.

Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

Press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds.

The red LED will flash for 1 second and the device will turn off.

When switched off, press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for 3 seconds to switch the headphones on and put them into pairing mode.

The headphones will automatically enter in pairing mode with a prompt; the blue and red LEDs will flash alternatively to indicate the same.

Open Bluetooth on your device and search for ‘Rockerz 512 ANC’ in the list of available devices.

Once successfully connected, the headphone and phone get connected via Bluetooth indicated by slowly flashing blue LED.

Short press the volume +/- button in steps to increase/decrease the volume.

There will be a ‘tone’ when the sound volume reaches its maximum.

Short press the MFB once to receive an incoming call.

There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get answered.

Pairing Mode : The blue & red LEDs flash alternatively.

Power Off: Red LED flashes for 1 second.

Connecting with Media Devices: Slowly flashing blue LED.

Auto Pairing Status: Red and blue LEDs light up automatically and enter the pairing state after flashing thrice simultaneously.

The Rockerz 413 features low latency for all entertainment needs.

It is suitable for casual gaming, but not professional gaming, as performance depends on the media device too.

You can activate this feature by single pressing the Beast Mode quick switch button.
