Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz 460" from your device's pairing history.

Reset Step:

1. Press and hold the MFB button and the Volume "-" button for about 5 seconds in standby mode to clear the paired list of devices.

2. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

• To charge the headphones, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the headphones and connect the other end to a laptop or a wall adapter or a power bank.
