Step-2: Pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds until the right earcup’s LED blinks in red and blue colours with a pairing voice prompt

Step-3: Open your media device’s Bluetooth menu and search for ‘Rockerz 425’ to pair. Once paired, the right earcup’s LED slowly flashes in blue every 5 seconds.

  1. Check to see if the device is in pairing mode – Hold the Multifunction button for 3 seconds until the blue LED light on the right earcup starts flashing alternately and search ‘Rockerz 425’ in the Bluetooth setting of the Media device. Once found the headphone in the Bluetooth settings of the media device, tap on the device name and this should connect the headphone with the media device.

  2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (10m) and if there are any obstructions between the headphone and the media device or not.

  3. Check if the headphone is connecting to the media device after clearing the pairing list on the device and connecting it with the media device

  4. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter 0000/1234 (Needed for older media devices having older version Bluetooth and mobile OS)

Then switch ON the headphone again and enter pairing mode, enable Bluetooth function in the second phone, find the headphone’s Pairing Name “Rockerz 425" and pair to the second phone as per the usual procedure.

  2. Switch off the headphones one more time. Then simply switch ON the headphones, without entering pairing mode (a short press until the white light comes on). The headphone should automatically re-connect to the last connected phone (which is the second phone). Then find headset “Rockerz 425" in the first phone’s Bluetooth setting and select this to pair to the first phone. Both phones should now be paired to the headphone.

  3. Check to try dual pairing with other devices to see if it works with them.
