Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz 413" from your device's pairing history.

Reset Step:

1. In standby mode, press and hold the MFB and the Volume "-" buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. This will clear all the paired device history from the device.

2. Perform a fresh connection attempt and see if it fixes the issue.

3. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.
