Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz 371" from your device's pairing history.

Reset Step:

1. Short Press Media Button 5 times quickly. This will clear all the paired devices history from the device.

2. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

• To charge the headphones, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the headphones and connect the other end to a laptop or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check if the charging wire being used is working – check to use another charging wire or try using the wire on another device.

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V/2A chargers.

3. Check if the charging is done till the red light turns completely blue.

2. Please follow the steps carefully: Double press the Media Button. Though under some circumstances, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

• The red will flash for 1 second and the device will turn off.

1. When switched off, press and hold the multifunction button (Media Button) for 3 seconds to switch the headphones on and put them into pairing mode.

2. The headphones will automatically enter in pairing mode with a prompt; the blue and red LEDs will flash alternatively to indicate the same.

3. Open Bluetooth on your device and search for ‘Rockerz 371’ in the list of available devices.

4. Once successfully connected, the headphone and phone get connected via Bluetooth indicated by slowly flashing blue LED.

• Short press the Volume +/- button in steps to increase/decrease the volume.

• There will be a ‘tone’ when the sound volume reaches its maximum.

• Short press the Media Button once to receive an incoming call. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get answered.

• End Call: Short press the Media Button 1 time to end an ongoing call.

• Reject Call: Double press the Media Button in the call ring status. There will be a ‘tone’ and the call will get rejected.

• While playing music, short press the Media Button once to play/pause the music.

• Previous Track : While playing music, press and hold the Volume (-) button for 1 second.

• Next Track : While playing music, press and hold the Volume (+) button for 1 second.
