1. In order to pair, the device should be in pairing mode (indicated by Red & Blue LEDs) – Hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds until the Red and Blue LEDs on the device start flashing alternately.

2. Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and there are no obstructions in between.

3. Check if it works after clearing the pairing list on the device. While in pairing LEDs (Red & Blue) are blinking alternately, press and hold the volume "+" button and the volume "-" buttons together for about 5 seconds in standby mode to clear paired list of devices. After this turn Off the device, Power it On and then connect it.

4. Check if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections

5. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter 0000 or 1234

6. Check to see if the device being connected to does not have any software issues – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software

1. Connect the earphones to the first device then turn off the Bluetooth of the first device and turn off the earphones.

2. Turn on the earphones and connect to the second device and then turn on the Bluetooth of the first device. The earphone will get connected to both the devices.

3. If not, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.

Note: You can switch between the two connected devices by double pressing the Quick-Switch button

1. Check to Pair the boAt Rockerz 255 Arc to first phone as per usual pairing procedure, then switch it Off. Then switch On the earphone again and enter pairing mode, enable Bluetooth function in second phone, find earphone’s Pairing Name “boAt Rockerz 255 Arc" and pair to second phone per usual procedure. Switch Off earphone one more time.

2. Now simply switch On earphone, without entering pairing mode (a short press until white light comes on). The earphone should automatically re-connect to the last connected phone (which is the second phone). Then find headset “boAt Rockerz 255 Arc" in first phone’s Bluetooth setting, select this to pair to first phone. Both the phones should now be paired to the earphone.

3. Check to try quick switch with other devices to see if it works with them.

1. Go to Bluetooth settings and unpair the Rockerz 255 ARC from the connected device

2. Power On the Rockerz 255 ARC and wait till the pairing LEDs (Alternate Red & Blue) start blinking for the product to be in pairing mode.

3. While in pairing mode, press and hold the volume "+" button and the volume "-" buttons together for about 5 seconds to reset / clear the list of paired devices. During these 5 seconds a solid LED will flash for 1 second (the LED will remain stable for 1 second) indicating a successful reset.

4. Now turn Off the earphones. After a few seconds, power it On and wait till the pairing LEDs (Alternate Red & Blue) start to blink. Once your Rockerz 255 ARC is in pairing mode, freshly pair and connect it.

• To charge the earphone, plug one end of the USB type-C cable into the earphones and connect the other end to a computer or wall adapter

1. Low Battery: When the remaining talk time is less than 10 minutes, ‘Low Battery’ prompt is made through the earphones in every minute and red LED flashes quickly to indicate it.

2. Charging: Solid red LED indicates that the earphones are being charged. (Note: Earphone cannot be turned on while charging)
