Troubleshooting FAQs

  1. When switched off, press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for 3 seconds to switch the earphones on. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode with a prompt; the blue and red LEDs will flash alternatively to indicate the same.

  2. Open Bluetooth on your device and search for ‘Rockerz 235 Pro’ in the list of available devices.

  3. Choose ‘Rockerz 235 Pro’ from the list and if asked, enter the pairing password ‘0000’ / ‘1234’ to establish Bluetooth connectivity.

  4. Once successfully connected, the blue LED flashes twice every 4 seconds to indicate the same.

Note: The neckband automatically turns off after 5 minutes if no connection is established within this time.

  1. Check to see if the device is in pairing mode – Hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds until the red and blue LED light ON the device starts flashing alternately.

  2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

  3. Check if it works after clearing the pairing list on the device, press and hold the volume "+" button and the volume "-" button for about 5 seconds in standby mode to clear paired list of devices.

  4. Check if the connected device supports Bluetooth connections.

  5. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter '0000' or '1234'.

  6. Check to see if the connected device does not have any software issues – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth and update the mobile software.

  7. Try Factory resetting the device.

  1. Connect the earphones with the first device then turn off the Bluetooth of the first device and turn off the earphone.

  2. Turn on the earphone and connect with the second device and then turn on the Bluetooth of the first device. The earphone will connect to both devices.

  3. If not, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.

Please ensure that there are no objects between the earphones and your wireless device. Also, please ensure that there is no radio or Wi-Fi interference nearby.

Long press both the volume buttons for 5 seconds at the same time. The blue LED stays on for 2 seconds. This will clear all the paired devices history from the device.

Red and blue LEDs light up automatically and enter the pairing state after flashing thrice simultaneously.

To charge the earphone, plug one end of the micro USB charging cable with the earphone and connect the USB-A end to a computer or wall adapter.

  1. Low Battery: When the remaining talk time is less than 10 minutes, there is a “Low Battery” prompt and the Red LED flashes quickly to indicate the same.

  2. Charging: Solid Red LED indicates that the earphone is being charged. (Note that the earphone cannot be turned ON while charging). 

  3. Fully charged: Solid Blue LED indicates the same.

  1. Check to see if the charging wire is working – check to use another charging wire or try using the wire on another device.

  2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A chargers.

  3. Check if the charging is done till the red LED turns completely blue.

  4. Check if the battery was not tampered with or exposed to any electrical damage.

  5. Check if the charging port is not clogged with dirt. If so, please clean it with a cotton swab.

  6. Please check if the adapter and charging cable supports fast charging.

  7. Try factory resetting the device.

  1. Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

  2. Check if the device has issues even after moving it closer to the connected device and removing any obstructions.

  3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

  4. Check using different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

  5. Check to see if the device is in “Signature Sound Mode” or “Balanced Mode” and choose as per your preference.

  6. Check to see if the earbuds have ear wax accumulated. If so, please clean it with a cotton swab and alcohol, after doing so gently blow dry it from a distance.

  1. Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

  2. Check using different media players and different devices and if the volume change happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

  3. Check if the buttons are not stuck between the control board and port. Use a tooth pick to pick out the button to bring it back to position.

Please adjust the volume on your phone and earphones. Make sure there is no source of interference nearby and the smartphone is within range.

Yes, Rockerz 235 Pro earphones have a dedicated mic with ENx Technology perfect for calls and recording.

  1. Check to see if the microphone is not being blocked by any particles.

  2. Check to see if the microphone is being held at an adequate distance for it to be able to pick up the voice.

  3. Check if the microphone was not exposed to any hazards like direct sunlight or fire.

  4. Check if the microphone was not exposed to water above the resistance or dipped in any liquid.

  5. Check if the mic hole is not clogged with dirt or sweat. If so, use cotton swab or toothpick to clean out the port holes or a dryer to dry out any water that maybe collected.

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first till the red light turns off from steady.

  2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A Chargers.

  3. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

  4. Check if the earcups are inserted well into our ear canal and the volume is not at zero level

  5. Check if the cables are twisted/tangled, if so, untangle them to regain working condition.

  1. Check if the touch controls are working or not while connected to another media device.

  2. Check by forgetting the headphone in the Bluetooth settings of the media device and re-pair the headphone again with the media device.

  3. Check if the media player being used for music supports such controls present in the headphone.

  4. Check if the controls do not function on call or other media players or not.

  5. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire and liquid.

  1. Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.

  2. Please follow the steps carefully, long press for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device. Though under some circumstance, this featuremay or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

General FAQs

Power ON:

  • In power-off mode, press and hold the MFB button for 3 seconds. A voice prompt will confirm the switching on of the device.

  • The blue LEDs will flash will indicate powering on the earphone.

Power OFF:

  • In any mode, press and hold the Multifunction button for 4 seconds. A voice prompt will confirm the switching off the device.

  • The red LEDs will flash for 1 second and the device will turn off.

  1. Tap the volume (+) button in steps to increase the volume. A beep will indicate the maximum volume.

  2. Tap the volume (-) button in steps to decrease the volume. A beep will indicate the minimum volume.

  3. There will be a beep tone when the sound volume reaches its maximum or minimum.

While playing music, short press the MFB button once to play/pause the music.

  1. Single press the MFB, while the any incoming call has arrived. This will result in accepting the call.

  2. Single press the MFB when the call is done. This will result in ending the call.

  1. Long press the (Volume +) button for 2 seconds to skip forward to the next track.

  2. Long press the (Volume -) button for 2 seconds to go back to the previous track.

Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 2 seconds during an incoming call to reject the call.

Long press the multifunction button for 2 seconds to activate Voice Assistant. (Make sure your phone’s Voice Assistant is enabled before use).

You can change tracks, adjust volume, take and reject calls, redial, and access voice assistant with the inline buttons. For further information, please refer to the user manual.

If the device is connected to multiple mobile phones and you are already taking a call on one of the devices when the second mobile phone begins to ring, press the MFB button to switch to the second call, placing the first one on hold. One can continuously switch between the two calls using the multifunction button.

Press & hold the multifunction button to transfer the call from the earphone to the phone or vice versa.

Rockerz 235 Pro does feature low latency for all your entertainment. While gaming is still subjective though because it all depends on your media device too! We’d say it is okay for casual gaming, but not professional gaming.

ENx Tech algorithm cancels out the background noise so that you can hear a crystal clear sound via voice calls. One needs to activate ENx as the mic is equipped with the same and activated by default.
