Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing a reset, clear "Rockerz 203" from your device's pairing history.

1. Press and hold the volume ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons for 5 seconds at the same time.

2. The red and blue LEDs will flash for 1 second to indicate that all paired devices have been cleared.

3. Now, turn off the earphones and then turn them on again to enter pairing mode.

4. Reconnect the earphones to your device.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

To dual pair, first, connect the earphones to the first device as per the usual pairing procedure.

1. Select “boAt Rockerz 203” from the list of available Bluetooth devices, then switch off both the earphones and the Bluetooth of the first phone.

2. After this, switch on the earphones and connect to the second device.

3. Then turn on the Bluetooth of the first device, and the earphones should reconnect.

4. If the earphones do not reconnect automatically, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.

5. Check to try dual pairing with other devices to see if it works with them.

• To charge the neckband, plug one end of the USB type-C cable into the neckbands and connect the other end to a computer or wall adapter.
