Troubleshooting FAQs

  1. Check to see if the device is in pairing mode – Hold the Multifunction button for 5 seconds until the red and blue LED light on the device starts flashing alternately.

  2. Ensurethat the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and there are any obstructions in between.

  3. Try clearing the pairing list on the device, Press and hold the MFB button for 10 seconds in power off mode. Red & Blue LED flashes 5 times to confirm the same.

  4. If it is a passcode issue then enter 0000 or 1234

  5. If the device being connected to has any software issues – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software.

  1. Check to Pair the Rockerz 150 Pro to first phone as per usual pairing procedure, then switch it off. Then switch on the earphone again and enter pairing mode, enable Bluetooth function in second phone, find earphone’s Pairing Name “Rockerz 150 Pro" and pair to second phone per usual procedure. Switch off earphone one more time. Then simply switch on earphone, without entering pairing mode (a short press until white light comes on). The earphone should automatically re-connect to the last connected phone (which is the second phone). Then find headset “Rockerz 150 Pro" in first phone’s Bluetooth setting, select this to pair to first phone. Both phones should now be paired to the earphone.

  2. Check to try dual pairing with other devices to see if it works with them.

  3. Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.

  4. Check if there are any obstructions between the earphones and the device and clear them- move the device at a closer range to the earphones and see if this still affects it.

  2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the device, use only 5V 2A Chargers.

General FAQs

  • Power ON: In power off mode, press and hold the MFB (Multi-function Button) for 3 seconds. A tone prompt confirms the same. The blue LED flashes for 1 second.

  • Power OFF: In any mode, press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds. A tone confirms the same. The red flashes for 1 second and the device gets turned off.

To perform a reset on your Rockerz 150 Pro:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Rockerz 150 Pro" from the pairing device history by forgetting the device.

  • Long press MFB for 10 seconds in power off mode. The blue and red LEDs flashes for 5 seconds to indicate the same. This will clear all the paired devices history from the device. .

  1. When switched off, press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for 3 seconds to switch the earphones on and put them into pairing mode. The earphones will automatically enter in pairing mode with a prompt; the blue and red LEDs will flash alternatively to indicate the same.

  2. Open Bluetooth on your device and search for ‘Rockerz 150 Pro’ in the list of available devices.

  3. Choose ‘Rockerz 150 Pro’ from the list and if asked, enter the pairing password ‘0000’ / ‘1234’ to establish Bluetooth connectivity.

  4. Once successfully connected, the blue LED flashes every 10 seconds to indicate the same.

Note: The neckband automatically turns off after 5 mins if no connection is established within this time.

  1. To enable Dual Pairing, first pair the devices separately when Rockerz 150 Pro is in ‘Pairing Mode’. Once paired, 2 devices can be connected at once.

  2. Music can be played through 1 device at once. Music can be shifted from 1st device to 2nd device when Music is paused in 1st device or when 2nd device gets a call.

  • Red and blue LEDs light up automatically and enter the pairing state after flashing thrice simultaneously.

It lets your device charge at an incredible charging speed (which may vary under some circumstances) where 10 minutes of charging can give up to 150 minutes of playback time! It is recommended you follow the charging norms mentioned in the product smart guide.

  • For the ASAP™ Charge to take place effectively, kindly charge the product with an adapter with TYPE –C 5V 3A specification.

  • Rockerz 150 Pro does feature 65 ms low latency for all the entertainment needs. While gaming is still subjective though because it all depends on the media device too. It is okay for casual gaming, but not professional gaming.

  • To charge the earphone, plug one end of the USB type-C cable into the earphones and connect the other end to a computer or wall adapter

  1. Low Battery: When the remaining battery is less than 20%, ‘Low Battery’ prompt is made through the earphones every 5 minute and red LED flashes quickly every few seconds to indicate it.

  • Rockerz 150 Pro earphones are IPX5 certified which means it can withstand up to low pressure water jet spray, but it cannot withstand submerging it into the water. It is recommended not to use it during swimming sessions.
