  • Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 5-7 business days. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

  • If you placed your order on the boAt website then please follow the steps as mentioned below:

  1. Go to ""www.support.boat-lifestyle.com""

  2. Scroll down and select ""Track your order""

  3. Enter your Order ID and your mobile number and then click on ""Track"" button. The current status of your product delivery shall appear on the screen.

OR

  1. Log in to your boAt account and Go to My Orders.

  2. Now click on ""Manage your Orders"" on the left, against the product that needs to be tracked.

  3. Now click on “Track your order” below your respective order details.

  4. An email and a SMS with the tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
