Are you facing any order-related issues? We are here to help you with a list of some helpful queries that can resolve your problem.

  • If you received a defective product, please try troubleshooting the product first it resolves most of the issues.

  • A troubleshooting video is given here; follow the steps to resolve the problem.

If the issue persists, follow the steps below to start the resolution process:

  • boAt Lifestyle :

  1. Visit our website: https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/

  2. Click on the top right profile icon beside the search bar and then click on "Login"

  3. Please enter your mobile number and click on "Send OTP". Now enter the OTP that you receive via SMS and then click on "Continue" button. You have now successfully logged in to your boAt Lifestyle account.

  4. Click on the profile icon once again and select the option "My Orders".

  5. Locate the product/order ID on the orders page.

  6. Click on the "Manage your order" tab on right side against the order which you want to exchange

  7. Scroll down and click on "Exchange Item"

Note : Please note that like to like replacements of only defective products are provided. The request for replacement should be raised within 7 days from the product delivery

  • Amazon :

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.

  2. Go to 'Returns & Orders' and locate & select the product.

  3. Select 'Return or Replace Item.'

  4. Choose the reason for the return.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

  • Flipkart :

  1. Log in to your Flipkart account.

  2. Go to 'My Orders' and locate& select the product.

  3. Select 'Return or Replace Item.'

  4. Choose the reason for the return.

  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.

  • Before the order is packed, cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the correct address.

    Note: The delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been packed from our warehouse.

Note:You have the option to cancel your order before it is packed for dispactching. In case the order has already been packed, the cancellation option shall not be available.

If you have an existing account, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Visit our website: https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/

2. Click on the top right profile icon beside the search bar and then click on "Login"

3. Please enter your mobile number and click on "Send OTP". Now enter the OTP that you receive via SMS and then click on "Continue" button. You have now successfully logged in to your boAt Lifestyle account.

4. Click on the profile icon once again and select the option "My Orders".

5. Locate the product/order ID on the orders page.

6. Click on the "Manage your order" tab on right side against the order which you want to cancel.

8. Click on "Cancel Item"

To get your invoice of the purchase please follow these steps:

  • Boat Website:

  1. Visit our website: https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/

  2. Click on the top right profile icon beside the search bar and then click on ""Login""

  3. Please enter your mobile number and click on ""Send OTP"". Now enter the OTP that you receive via SMS and then click on ""Continue"" button. You have now successfully logged in to your boAt Lifestyle account.

  4. Click on the profile icon once again and select the option ""My Orders"".

  5. Locate the product/order ID on the orders page.

  6. Click on the ""Manage your order"" tab on right side against the order for which you need the invoice.

  7. Finally click on ""Invoice"" option to download it.

  • Amazon:

  1. Login into Amazon

  2. Go to ‘Returns & Orders’

  3. Click Invoice (drop-down) - Invoice 1 or P-slip/Warranty 1

  • Flipkart:

  1. Login into Flipkart

  2. Go to your order

  3. Select Order

  4. Download Invoice

  • Snapdeal:

  1. Login into Snapdeal

  2. Go to your order

  3. Get Invoice.

  • Paytm: Paytm sends an email to the customer (Invoice Copy) Or Kindly contact the seller in order to get the Invoice

  • Myntra: Myntra sends an email to the customer (Invoice copy) Or Kindly contact the seller in order to get the invoice.

  • Nykaa:

  1. Visit the seller website www.nykaa.com

  2. Login to your account

  3. Hover over your profile name in the top right corner and click on “My Orders”

  4. Select the respective order and click on “Download Invoice”.

  • Paytm Mall:

  1. Visit the seller website www.paytmmall.com

  2. Login to your account -> Click on “My Orders”

  3. Click on the order for which you need the invoice

  4. Click on the Invoice option on the order details page

  • Tata Cliq:

  1. Visit the seller's website www.tatacliq.com

  2. Login to your account

  3. Visit “My Orders” in the “My account” section

  4. You will find the Download/ Request invoice option on the order details page. Any Offline Store: Please contact the respective seller to get the invoice for the product.

  1. Changes/modifications requested in products, contact number, address, and/or Pin code cannot be processed because we cannot make any changes in the order once completed.

  2. We would suggest you to cancel the order before the order is packed and place another order with the correct information (desired colour).

  3. Kindly note that you won't be eligible to cancel the order once it is packed.

  1. Please check with your neighbors and/or the security personnel of your building/home in case they have received the delivery.

  2. If you still do not find the package, you can try reaching out to the courier delivery boy through phone (if the contact information is available in the delivery message)

  3. In case your issue is still not resolved, contact the boAt support team at 022-6918-1920. Post the issue is raised with boAt support, we will investigate and get back to you within 7 to 10 working days with a resolution.

  4. Please note that the query has to be raised within 48 hours of the courier being marked delivered, else we will not be able to help in this case.

  • You can raise your concern with us by following these steps:

  3. Go to "My Orders" section. Click on "Exchange Item" and then select the appropriate reason out of the available options.

  4. After receiving your concern, it will take around 7 to 10 working days for us to investigate the matter and get back to you with a resolution.
