Troubleshooting FAQs
Check if the device is in pairing mode, indicated by alternating LED flashes on both the earbuds.
Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.
Clear all your pairing history and perform a fresh connection attempt.
If it is a passcode issue then enter 0000 / 1234.
If the issue still does not get resolved then perform a factory reset
Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.
Check and see if factory resetting the device work as desired or not.
Check if the earbuds are charging or not. If not then clean the earbuds and the charging case specially the charging pins and connectors with mild alcohol swab and see if it goes in charging mode or not.
Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.
To perform a reset on your Airdopes 441:
Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop
Place both the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation to switch them off.
Triple tap the CTC on both earbuds to do Factory reset, which is indicated by the blinking of red and green Led lights.
Shut the lid of the charging case and then re-open it again.
Once you take the earbuds out from the charging case, they automatically restart. Congratulations! Your Airdopes 441 has been reset.
Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.

A green LED willindicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once fully charged the LED turns into blue.
Once the earbuds are fully charged, the charging case automatically switches off to save power
To charge the case, plug one end of the Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter.
The indicator in the case blinks with Blue light for representing 75%-100% power; it blinks with Purple light for 35%-75% power while it blinks with Red light for representing 0%-35% power. When the case gets fully charged, the Blue light stays solid.
The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.
Check if the stickers on the charging points of the ear pods are removed or not. If not then it is to be removed and the ear pods will start charging once put inside the charging case.
Check if the charging cable connected to the case is not broken, use other charging cable and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case. The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.
Ensure that the earphone case is charged for charging the earbuds
Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, and a white light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.
Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector place on the earbuds with a clean cloth with mild alcohol and check the charging of the earbuds again
After cleaning, put the left earbud into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.After cleaning, put the right earbud into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.
Once both the earbuds are charged, the LED on the case will go off.
Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/default.
2. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.
3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.
4. If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset
Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, A White light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will turn off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.
Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.
Check by switching on the earbud’ on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash in White.
Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire
Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device
Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players
Ensure that the controls have not been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.
Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.
Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
Try factory resetting the device
Ensure that the connected device is within the Bluetooth range (10m) and there is no obstruction between the airdopes and the connected device
If sweat or water has gone inside the microphone then try to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in mild alchohol.
Make sure that you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device you are trying to use IWP with before.
Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has the Airdopes in the list of paired devices.
Try factory-resetting the device.
Check if your Airdopes battery case has battery in it to have IWP functioning.
Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.
Please follow the steps carefully, long touch the CTC for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device.Though under some circumstance, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.
General FAQs
Power ON: There are two ways to switch ON the earbuds:
1.To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply take them out from the charging case.
2.To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On),
long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (*CTC) for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash in blue.
Power OFF: There are two ways to switch OFF the earbuds:
1. You can simply place them ear buds back into the charging case.
2. Long press the CTC on either of the earbuds for 5 seconds until the green indicator light blinks before earbuds getting turned off, in order to manually switch off the earbuds. Please note that this powers off both the earbuds.

Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options; Smart Power ON or Manual Power ON for switching ON the desired earbud.
The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternating green and blue LED flashes.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for ‘Airdopes 441’ to connect.
Switch ON the earbuds; a blue light will flash to confirm that they have been switched ON. Both earbud’s will pair with one another automatically.
The earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by alternating green and blue LED flashes.
Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.
Search for ‘Airdopes 441’ and pair accordingly. Enter ‘0000’ as the passkey if asked. Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected successfully via Bluetooth.
Long touch the CTC on either earbud for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant.
Single tap the CTC on either earbud to answer an incoming call and onceagain to hang up an ongoing call.
Long touch the CTC for 2 seconds to reject incoming calls.
Single tap the left/right CTC once to play or pause a song.
Next Track: When playing music, double tap the right CTC to skip to the next song.
PreviousTrack: When playing music, double tap the left CTC to return to the previous song.
Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.
There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media device.
