• For Maximum Volume: Check volume levels on the headset and the connected device.

• The headset might not be set as the default device when you connect it. Make your headset the default audio output device when you connect it under the playback devices.

1. Right-click on the Sound icon in the system tray and click on Playback Devices.

2. If the headset is not listed, then right-click on the empty space and make sure there is a checkmark on Show Disabled Devices.

3. Once it is checked, you should see the headset listed.

4. Ensure that the correct device is selected and set as default for playback (Highlight the device and hit “set as default” Right on the device and hit Enable).

Note: If you are using any third-party app, please make sure you have selected BH901 Pro for Audio and Microphone.
