1. Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

2. Check if the device has issues even after moving it closer to the connected device and removing any obstructions.

3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

Note: When Option 2 is enabled, if the earphones are not used for more than 10 minutes, OTG (On-The-Go) connection gets disabled automatically. This option needs to be enabled again manually.

• Press and hold the MFB for 1 second to end an ongoing call.

• Press and hold the MFB for 1 second in the call ring status to reject the call.

• Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds to activate the default smart voice assistant.
