General FAQs
Smart Power On - To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On), simply open the lid of the charging case when earbuds are kept inside.
Manual Power On - To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (CTC) on both earbuds for 3 seconds to manually switch them on. A solid blue LED will flash for 1 second when powered on.
Smart Power Off - After usage, place the earbuds back into the charging case in the correct orientation and close the case lid. The earbuds will automatically switch off and enter charging mode.
Manual Power Off - Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 10 seconds (one at a time) until the earbuds get turned off.
Note: Before performing a factory reset, clear "Airdopes Ultra Pro" from your device's pairing history by forgetting the device.
Open the lid of the charging case and place the earbuds within the case.
Long press the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds. This is indicated by the red LEDs rapidly blinking 5 times on both the earbuds as well as the charging case.
Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.
Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.
Single tap the Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) on either earbud to answer an incoming call.
Double tap the Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls.
While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) to pause or play the track.
While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) to return to the previous track.
While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) to skip to the next track.
Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.
Please note that both earbuds can be used in mono mode.
Use either the Smart Power On or Manual Power On option for switching on the desired earbud.
The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for "Airdopes Ultra Pro" to connect.
Both earbuds automatically enter connection mode when you switch them on.
Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone and search for "Airdopes Ultra Pro" and tap on the same for pairing & connect via Bluetooth.
To activate it, you can long-press the left earbud's Capacitive Touch Control (CTC) for 3 seconds. This will activate Google Assistant on Android devices and Siri on iOS devices.
Case LED Indications
Less than 30% battery: Red LED flashes 3 times, then blinks slowly while charging. In a non-charging state, it blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.
30%-70% battery: White LED flashes 3 times, then blinks slowly while charging. In a non-charging state, it blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.
More than 70% battery: Green LED flashes 3 times, then blinks slowly while charging. In a non-charging state, it blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.
100% charged: The LED is solid green and then turns off.
Earbuds charging from case: Cyan LED blinks for 5 seconds for the left bud, and a Purple LED blinks for 5 seconds for the right bud. If both are fully charged, a Blue LED blinks for 5 seconds.
Earbuds LED Indications
Low battery (<30%): Red light quickly blinks 3 times every 30 seconds on opening the lid.
Power ON: A solid blue light flashes for 1 second on opening the lid.
Power OFF: A solid red LED flashes once when powered off.
Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud, and the slave earbud's LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.
Successful pairing: A solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.
Connected: A solid blue light flashes for 3 seconds on both earbuds. There is no LED flash when the media is playing.
Factory Reset :The red LED blinks rapidly 5 times on both earbuds and the red LED on the case flashes for 5 times after a successful factory reset.
Our IWP™ technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!
There is no special process to enable IWP™- simply follow the steps to first pair your Airdopes Ultra Pro to your media device. Then upon subsequent usage, the IWP™ tech will be enabled and the earbuds will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on in your media device.

To install the boAt Hearables app, you can follow one of the options mentioned below-
Scan QR Code: Airdopes Ultra Pro has the Hearables app QR code printed on the packaging box. Simply scan this code using your smartphone. The subsequent link will redirect you to the Google Play Store and iOS Store, and you can select the applicable option.
Google Playstore: Download the boAt Hearables app from the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone.
App Store: Download the boAt Hearables app from the App Store on your iOS smartphone.
After installing the app, follow the steps shown to set up your account by entering your phone number, name, and email ID.
Account setup is a one-time action.
Turn on the Bluetooth on your media device.
Log in to your account on the boAt Hearables app.
Go to the “My Devices” section.
Open the case lid. The earbuds will show up under the list of available devices with "Ready to Pair" status.
Tap the Airdopes Ultra Pro name card and accept the pairing request notification.
Tap "Ok" on the pairing notification. You can also save the device to your Google account for fast pairing in the future.
To reset Airdopes Ultra Pro, go to the Troubleshooting section (“?”) on the Hearables app.
Tap the “Malfunctioning” sub-header.
Click on the option “Reset My Device” to reset the earbuds.
Airdopes Ultra Pro will now show as “Ready to Pair” in the My Devices section. Follow the pairing procedure to connect them.

Go to the “Sound” tab on the Hearables app.
Slide the "Spatial Audio" toggle to the ON state to activate spatial audio. Slide it in the opposite direction to deactivate it.

Multipoint connectivity is ON by default. To deactivate it, slide the “Multipoint Connectivity” toggle to the OFF state. Slide it again to ON to activate it.

By default, In-Ear detection is ON. To deactivate it, slide the “In-Ear Detection” toggle to the OFF state. Slide it again to ON to reactivate it.

Tap the “Check for Updates” option under the “Software Update” header to check and update to the latest firmware version, if available. If the product is already updated, the app will alert you.
Tap the “Diagnose My Device” option at the bottom of the app.
Follow the instructions to start the diagnostics process and tap “Let’s Go”.
Complete all the steps one by one to check Bluetooth connectivity, mic, speaker, and battery functions.
Tap “Done” to finish diagnostics.
While the earbuds have IPX4 splash and sweat resistance, it is not recommended to submerge them in water or use them for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming or showers, as this may lead to damage.
