1. Check that both earbuds are out of the charging case.

2. They should automatically enter Connection Mode, which is indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes.

3. You can also try placing the earbuds back in the charging case and then using them again to see if they reconnect.

4. Performing a factory reset may also resolve the problem.

• Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:

• NOTE: Before performing a reset, clear "Airdopes Ultra Pro" from your device's pairing history by forgetting the device.

1. Open the lid of the charging case and place the earbuds within the case.

2. Long press the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly blinking 5 times as well as the charging case.

3. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through a reset, try to manually power off and then power on the device.

2. Once Airdopes Ultra Pro is paired to your smartphone, the status gets changed to “Connected” in the thumbnail.1

3. Tap the thumbnail to check whether both the left and right earbuds are connected or not. You can also check the battery level of both earbuds.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. A Cyan LED blinks for 5 seconds to indicate the left bud is charging from the case, and a Purple LED blinks for 5 seconds to indicate the right bud is charging from the case. Once charging is complete, a Blue LED blinks for 5 seconds, and the charging case automatically switches off to save power, and the LED indicator turns off.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, a wall adapter, or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V, as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, wall adapter, or power bank. A blinking LED indicates charging, and a solid green LED indicates a full charge.

3. The LED on the charging case indicates the battery status: red for less than 30% battery, white for 30-70%, and green for more than 70%. When fully charged, the LED turns solid green.

4. Check if the pogo pins are in the charging case and both earbuds are clean. Gently cleaning them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol can help.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation.

2. Check to see if the earbuds are completely charged or not. The Purple LED flashes for 5 seconds when the right earbud is charging, and the Cyan LED flashes for 5 seconds when the left earbud is charging. Once the earbuds are fully charged, a blue LED blinks on the case for 5 seconds.

3. Check if the pogo pins are in the charging case and both earbuds are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and try using them again.

4. Run the Smart Diagnostics function of the boAt Hearables app and check for issues related to the earbud battery. Note that this function can only identify firmware issues, not hardware ones.

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.3

2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.4

3. Check if the distortion of sound occurs at all volumes or only at high volumes.

4. Check with different media players and devices to see if the distortion happens on all of them or only on specific ones.

5. Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low charging levels.

6. Check if the earbuds have water droplets. If they do, use a blow dryer from a distance to dry out any water.

7. Check if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax or dirt. If so, simply clean the earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to resolve the issue.

8. Run the Smart Diagnostics function of the boAt Hearables app and check whether there are any speaker-related issues. Please note that this function can only identify issues related to the firmware and not the hardware.

1. Make sure the earbuds have been properly charged first. A blue LED blinking three times on the earbuds indicates that they are fully charged.

2. Check if in-ear detection has been turned off on the boAt Hearables app and try inserting the earbuds into your ears again.

3. Check if the charger's voltage is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom of the case are glowing to indicate the charge level.

4. Check if the product was mishandled, exposed to broken wires, direct sunlight, or hazards like fire.

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

2. Check if dust or ear wax has accumulated near or inside the microphone port and if there is any blockage on the microphone.

3. Check if sweat or water has gone inside the microphone.

4. Check for any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them. Move the device to a closer range to the earbud and see if the connection is still affected.

1. Less than 30% battery: Red LED flashes 3 times, then blinks slowly while charging. In a non-charging state, it blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.

2. 30%-70% battery: White LED flashes 3 times, then blinks slowly while charging. In a non-charging state, it blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.

3. More than 70% battery: Green LED flashes 3 times, then blinks slowly while charging. In a non-charging state, it blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.

4. 100% charged: The LED is solid green and then turns off.

5. Earbuds charging from case: Cyan LED blinks for 5 seconds for the left bud, and a Purple LED blinks for 5 seconds for the right bud. If both are fully charged, a Blue LED blinks for 5 seconds.

• Earbuds LED Indications

1. Low battery (<30%): Red light quickly blinks 3 times every 30 seconds on opening the lid.

2. Power ON: A solid blue light flashes for 1 second on opening the lid.

3. Power OFF: A solid red LED flashes once when powered off.

4. Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud, and the slave earbud's LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.

5. Successful pairing: A solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.

6. Connected: A solid blue light flashes for 3 seconds on both earbuds. There is no LED flash when the media is playing.

• Factory Reset :The red LED blinks rapidly 5 times on both earbuds and the red LED on the case flashes for 5 times after a successful factory reset.

To install the boAt Hearables app, you can follow one of the options mentioned below-

2. Google Playstore: Download the boAt Hearables app from the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone.

3. App Store: Download the boAt Hearables app from the App Store on your iOS smartphone.

1. After installing the app, follow the steps shown to set up your account by entering your phone number, name, and email ID.
