Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Prime 701 ANC" from your device's pairing history.

1. Place both earbuds inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. While the earbuds are inside the case, keep the case lid open. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. After a successful factory reset, a white LED blinks quickly 5 times on both earbuds, and a red LED blinks quickly 5 times on the charging case.

3. Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.

4. Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!

5. If the issue does not resolve through a reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. During charging, a purple LED flashes for 5 seconds on the case.

3. Once the charging is complete, a blue LED on the case remains steady for 5 seconds.

1. To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

2. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V, as that will damage the case.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clean the earbuds to restore the original sound.

4. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance (Caution - Prevent your product from overheating through the dryer).

2. Try to manually power on the earbuds; the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

3. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit.

4. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

5. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid, and open it after 5 seconds.

6. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

1. Try restarting the device.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

• Single tap the CTC on either earbud to answer an incoming call.

• Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls.

1. While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC to return to the previous track.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track.

• Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode, indicated by slowly breathing LED flashes.

3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes Prime 701 ANC” to connect.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

3. Search for ‘Airdopes Prime 701 ANC’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

4. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Voice Assistant cannot be activated using Airdopes Prime 701 ANC.

Case Remaining Battery LED Indications:

1. Less than 30%: The red LED flashes 3 times rapidly to indicate the battery level and then blinks slowly.

2. 30%-70%: The white LED flashes 3 times rapidly and then blinks slowly.

3. More than 70%: The green LED flashes 3 times rapidly and then blinks slowly.

4. Fully Charged (100%): The LED becomes a solid green.

Case LED indication when Earbuds are charging from the case:

1. If either of the earbuds is charging, the purple LED flashes for 5 seconds.

2. When both earbuds are fully charged, the blue LED remains steady for 5 seconds.

Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery (<30%): The white LED flashes 3 times when the case lid is opened.

2. 30-100% charge: A solid white LED is on for 3 seconds when the case lid is opened.

3. Power ON: The white LED remains on for 1 second.

4. Pairing mode: Master and Slave earbud LEDs blink slowly.

5. Pairing successful: The LED blinks 2 times.

6. Connected: A slowly breathing white LED is on both earbuds, with no LED flash when the media is playing.

7. Disconnected: The same as pairing mode.

8. Charging: The white LED flashes 3 times when the case lid is opened.

9. Fully charged: A solid white LED is on for 3 seconds when the case lid is opened.

10. Playing music: All lights are OFF (but the "Connected" status remains).

Factory Reset LED Indications:
