Airdopes Prime 700 ANC

1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by a tone prompt in the earbuds.

2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

3. Check and see if factory resetting the device works.

4. Check if the pogo pins in the charging case and both earbuds are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and try using them again.

Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Prime 700 ANC" from your device's pairing history.

1. Place both earbuds inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. While the earbuds are inside the case, keep the case lid open. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. After successful factory reset the Red LED blinks quickly 5 times on the charging case.

3. Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.

4. Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!

5. If the issue does not resolve through a reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation.

2. Check to see if the earbuds are completely charged or not- red LED on the case flashes for 5 seconds to indicate they are being charged. Once the earbuds have been completely charged, it is indicated by green LED on the case for 5 seconds.

1. Check if Spatial Audio mode is turned off- Deactivate this function by sliding the toggle on the Hearables app to the “Off” state or long touch the right earbud CTC for 2 seconds. Please note that the boAt Equalizer function will not work when Spatial Audio mode is activated.

2. Try factory resetting the device.

3. In the App: Run the Smart Diagnostics function of the boAt Hearables app and check whether there are issues related to the earbud battery. Please note the Smart Diagnostics function in the app can only identify issues related to the firmware and not the hardware

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

3. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

• This is due to the settings in iPhone. Go to settings on your iPhone à Accessibility à Touch àCall Audio Routing à Headphone

1. Try restarting the device.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. During charging, a purple LED flashes for 5 seconds on the case.

3. Once the charging is complete, a blue LED on the case remains steady for 5 seconds.

1. To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

2. The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case.

• Double tap either earbud CTC to end an ongoing call.

4. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Tap the right earbud CTC 3 times to activate Voice Assistant.

Airdopes Prime 700 ANC can be connected to 2 devices at once. To enable this feature, following steps are to be taken:

1. Switch on the Bluetooth on your first phone/media device and search for ‘Airdopes Prime 700 ANC’. After the selection is done, the earbuds are paired with your phone/media device.

2. Turn off the Bluetooth function of your first phone/media device. The earbuds are ready to be paired again.

3. Now switch on the Bluetooth function on your second phone/media device. Scan and select ‘Airdopes Prime 700 ANC’ to connect.

4. Switch on the Bluetooth of the first phone/media device again. The earbuds are reconnected to the first phone/media device.

Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected to both your devices successfully via Bluetooth.

Note: This feature can be switched off from the boAt Hearables app.

To install the boAt Hearables app, you can follow one of the options mentioned below-

1. Scan QR Code - Airdopes Prime 700 ANC has the Hearables app QR code printed on the outer packaging box. Simply scan this code using your smartphone and the subsequent link will redirect you to the Google Play Store and iOS Store, and you can select the applicable option.

• After installing the app, follow the steps shown on the app to set up your account by entering your phone number, name, and email ID. Account setup is a one-time action.

1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your media device.

2. Log in to your account on the boAt Hearables app.

3. Go to the “My Devices” section.

4. Open the case lid. The earbuds will show up under the list of available devices with “Ready to Pair'' status. Follow the ‘Pull down to refresh’ option on the app if the device does not show up on the list.

5. Tap the Airdopes Prime 700 ANC name card and accept the pairing request pop-up notification on your media device.

6. Tap the ‘Ok’ option on the pairing notification. You can also save Airdopes Prime 700 ANC to your Google account for fast pairing in the future by clicking on “Save” and then “Set up”. Congratulations! Airdopes Prime 700 ANC is now connected to your media device with “Connected” status.

Note: Location access is required from Android 6.0 & above devices for the App to read the Bluetooth devices paired to the mobile phone.

1. The boAt Hearables app shows all currently and previously paired devices in the ‘My Devices’ section.

2. Once Airdopes Prime 700 ANC is paired to your smartphone, the status gets changed to “Connected” in the thumbnail.

3. Tap the thumbnail, to check whether both the left and right earbuds are connected or not. You can also check the battery level of both earbuds.

1. To reset Airdopes Prime 700 ANC from your device, go to the Troubleshooting section “?” on the Hearables app.

2. Next, tap the “Malfunctioning” sub-header in the Troubleshooting section.

3. Click on the option “Reset My Device” to reset the earbuds. Congratulations! Your Airdopes Prime 700 ANC has been reset.

Note: Airdopes Prime 700 ANC will now show as “Ready to Pair” in the My Devices section. Follow the pairing procedure to connect the earbuds to your device.

1. Pair Airdopes Prime 700 ANC to your media device by following the process mentioned above.

2. Go to the “Sound” tab on the Hearables app.

3. Under the Sound tab, slide the “Spatial Audio” toggle to the ON state to activate spatial audio. Slide the toggle once again in the opposite direction to deactivate spatial audio.

Note: The last operational audio mode will be activated upon opening the app.

Pair Airdopes Prime 700 ANC to your media device by following the pairing process.

1. Go to the “System” tab on the Hearables app.

2. Multipoint connectivity remains ON by default for keeping Airdopes Prime 700 ANC connected to two media devices at the same time.

3. Under the System tab, slide the “Multipoint Connectivity” toggle to the OFF state to deactivate the multipoint connection.

4. Slide the toggle once again to ON to activate multipoint connection.

Note: By default, Multipoint connectivity remains ON in Airdopes Prime 700 ANC.

Pair Airdopes Prime 700 ANC to your media device by following the pairing process.

1. Go to the “System” tab on the Hearables app.

2. Tap the “Check For Updates” option under the “Software Update” header to check and update Airdopes Prime 700 ANC to the latest firmware version, if available.

Note: If the product is updated to the latest available version, the app will show an alert on clicking the option -‘You already have the latest firmware version’.

To diagnose issues related to Bluetooth connectivity, mic, speaker, and battery, use the Smart Diagnostics function of the Hearables app:

1. Tap the “Diagnose My Device” option at the bottom.

2. Follow the instructions to start the smart diagnostics process.

3. Click on “Let’s Go” to start.

4. Complete all the steps one by one to check Bluetooth connectivity, mic, speaker, and battery functions.

5. Click on ‘Done’ to finish diagnostics.

Case LED indication when Earbuds are getting charged from the case (with case lid closed):

1. If either of the earbuds is charging inside the case, the red LED flashes for 5 seconds.

2. When both the earbuds are fully charged, it is indicated by green LED for 5 seconds.
