1. Check if the device is in pairing mode, indicated by alternating LED flashes on both the earbuds.

2. Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

3. Clear all your pairing history and perform a fresh connection attempt.

4. If it is a passcode issue, then enter 0000 / 1234.

5. Try to forget the earbuds from the device’s Bluetooth paired list, update the mobile software and if it still does not work, try factory resetting the product.

In the App:

• Run the Smart Diagnostics function of the boAt Hearables app and check whether there are issues related to Bluetooth connectivity.

• Please note the Smart Diagnostics function in the app can only identify issues related to the firmware and not the hardware.

1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes.

2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

3. Check and see if factory resetting the device works.

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Prime 511" from your device's pairing history.

1. Open the case lid and place the earbuds inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. While the earbuds are inside the case, long press the reset button inside the case for 10 seconds. After successful factory reset, the red LED rapidly blinks 5 times on both the case and the earbuds.

3. Close the lid and wait for a few seconds.

4. Open the case lid. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

Factory reset through the App:

1. To reset your Airdopes from your device, go to the Troubleshooting section “?” on the Hearables app.

2. Next, tap the “Malfunctioning” sub-header in the Troubleshooting section.

3. Click on the option “Reset My Device” to reset the earbuds.

4. Congratulations! Your Airdopes Prime 511 has been reset.

5. This will now show as “Ready to Pair” in the “My Devices” section. Follow the pairing procedure to connect the earbuds to your device.

1. The boAt Hearables app shows all currently and previously paired devices in the ‘My Devices’ section.

2. Once your Airdopes is paired to your smartphone, the status gets changed to “Connected” in the thumbnail.

3. Tap the thumbnail, to check whether both the left and right earbuds are connected or not.

4. You can also check the battery level of both the earbuds.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation and close the case lid.

2. Purple LED on the case flashes for 5 seconds to indicate the left/right earbud charging from the case.

3. Once charging is completed, blue LED flashes for 5 seconds and the charging case automatically switches off to save power.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case and solid green LED indicates full charge.

6. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and if they have been properly inserted inside the case.

7. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

3. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

• Long touch the CTC on the left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the default smart voice assistant.

Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery in it (<30%): Red light quickly blinks 3 times every 30 seconds.

2. Power ON: Blue LED flashes for 1 second on opening the case lid.

3. Power OFF: Red LED flashes for 1 second.

4. Pairing mode: Alternate blue and red LED flashes on the master earbud. Slave earbud LED flashes blue every 5 seconds.

5. Pairing successful (1 time indication): Solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.

6. If pairing not successful (In pairing mode): The earbuds will show solid red light for 1 second and auto power off.

7. Connected: Blue light flashes on both the earbuds, or no LED flash when media is playing.

8. Disconnected: Alternate blue and red LED flashes on the master earbud. Slave earbud LED flashes blue every 5 seconds.

9. Earbuds Charging: Purple LED flashes for 5 seconds on the case.

10. Fully charged: Blue LED rapidly flashes 3 times on both the earbuds.

11. Playing music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain).

12. Factory Reset Successful: Red LED on both the earbuds and the case flashes for 5 times after successful factory reset.

Charging Case LED Indications (Case Status):

1. Less than 30% battery: Red LED blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.

2. 30%-70% battery: White LED blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.

3. More than 70% battery: Green LED blinks 3 times on opening the case lid.

4. Fully charged (100%): Solid green LED.

Charging Case LED Indications (When Earbuds are charging from the case and the lid is closed):

• The "Sound" tab displays the "boAt Equalizer" which allows you to change the sound profile (EQ mode) while listening to music.

The "System" tab allows you to manage system functions:

1. Multipoint Connectivity: Toggle the feature ON or OFF.

2. Software Update: Check and install the latest firmware version.

3. User Manual: Access the product's manual.

1. Multipoint connectivity remains ON by default for keeping Airdopes Prime 511 connected to two media devices at the same time.

2. Under the System tab in the Hearables App, slide the “Multipoint Connectivity” toggle to the OFF state to deactivate it. Slide the toggle once again to ON to activate multipoint connection.
