1. Check if the device is in pairing mode, indicated by alternating LED flashes on both the earbuds.

2. Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

3. Clear all your pairing history and perform a fresh connection attempt.

4. If it is a passcode issue, then enter 0000 / 1234.

5. Try to forget the earbuds from the device’s Bluetooth paired list, update the mobile software and if it still does not work, try factory resetting the product.

In the App:

• Run the Smart Diagnostics function of the boAt Hearables app and check whether there are issues related to Bluetooth connectivity.

• Please note the Smart Diagnostics function in the app can only identify issues related to the firmware and not the hardware.

1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes.

2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

3. Check and see if factory resetting the device works

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Prime 413" from your device's pairing history.

1. Place both earbuds inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. While the earbuds are inside the case, press and hold the reset button located inside the charging case for 10 seconds.

3. Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.

4. Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

Factory reset through the App:

1. To reset your Airdopes from your device, go to the Troubleshooting section “?” on the Hearables app.

2. Next, tap the “Malfunctioning” sub-header in the Troubleshooting section.

3. Click on the option “Reset My Device” to reset the earbuds.

4. Congratulations! Your Airdopes Prime 413 has been reset.

5. This will now show as “Ready to Pair” in the “My Devices” section. Follow the pairing procedure to connect the earbuds to your device.

1. The boAt Hearables app shows all currently and previously paired devices in the ‘My Devices’ section.

2. Once your Airdopes is paired to your smartphone, the status gets changed to “Connected” in the thumbnail.

3. Tap the thumbnail, to check whether both the left and right earbuds are connected or not.

4. You can also check the battery level of both the earbuds.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. During charging, white LED on the case blinks continuously.

3. Once the charging is complete, the LED on the case turns off.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. The white LED is solid on for 5 seconds and then turns off to indicate full charge.

2. Check to see if the earbuds are completely charged or not - white LED on the case flashes to indicate they are being charged. Once the earbuds have been completely charged, the LED on the case turns off.

3. Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.

5. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and if they have been properly inserted inside the case.

6. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

3. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

4. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Long touch the CTC on the left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the default smart voice assistant.

Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery in it (<30%): Red LED flashes 3 times when the case lid is opened.

2. 30-100% charge: Blue LED flashes 3 times when the case lid is opened.

3. Power ON: Blue LED is on for 1 second.

4. Pairing mode: Master earbud LED blinks red & blue alternatively. Slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds.

5. Pairing successful (1 time indication): Solid blue LED for 3 seconds.

6. If pairing not successful (In pairing mode): If 5 minutes later, pairing is still not successful, then the earbuds will show solid red LED for 1 second and auto power off.

7. Connected: Slowly breathing blue LED on both earbuds. No LED flash when media is playing.

8. Disconnected: Same as Pairing mode (Master earbud LED blinks red & blue alternatively. Slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds).

9. Earbuds Charging: Flashing white LED on case when lid is closed.

10. Fully charged: LED on case turns off.

11. Play the music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain).

12. Factory Reset Successful: Red LED blinks quickly 5 times on both earbuds. White LED blinks quickly 3 times on the charging case.

Charging Case LED Indications (Case Status):

1. LOW BATTERY (<10 %): Blinking White LED.

2. CHARGING STATE: White LED flashes slowly.

3. FULLY CHARGED (100%): Solid white LED for 5 seconds and then LED turns off.

Charging Case LED Indications (When Earbuds are charging from the case and the lid is closed):

1. On charging: The white LED flashes continuously.

1. Multipoint connectivity remains ON by default for keeping Airdopes Prime 413 connected to two media devices at the same time.

2. Under the System tab in the Hearables App, slide the “Multipoint Connectivity” toggle to the OFF state to deactivate it. Slide the toggle once again to ON to activate multipoint connection.

3. Manual Setup: The feature can also be set up manually by connecting to the first device, turning off its Bluetooth, connecting to the second device, and then turning on the first device's Bluetooth again.
