Troubleshooting FAQs
General FAQs
Smart Power On - To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On), simply open the lid of the charging case when earbuds are kept inside.
Manual Power On - Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 3 seconds to manually switch on the earbuds.
Smart Power Off - After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears. Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation and close the case lid. The earbuds will automatically switch off and enter charging mode.
Manual Power Off - Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 10 seconds, one at a time, to manually switch off the earbuds.
Note: Before performing a factory reset, clear "Airdopes Prime 413" from your device's pairing history by forgetting the device.
Place both earbuds inside the case in the correct orientation.
While the earbuds are inside the case, press and hold the reset button located inside the charging case for 10 seconds.
Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.
Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!
Single tap the Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) on either earbud to answer an incoming call.
Double tap the Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls.
While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) to pause or play the track.
While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) to return to the previous track.
While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s Capacitive Touch Controls (CTC) to skip to the next track.
Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.
Both earbuds can be used in Mono mode.
Use Smart Power On for switching on the desired earbud.
The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes Prime 413” to connect.
Note: You can only skip to the next track while using the right earbud or play the previous track using the left earbud in Mono (single earbud) mode
Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter into Connection Mode.
Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.
Search for ‘Airdopes Prime 413’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.
To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.
Long touch the CTC on the left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the default smart voice assistant.
Earbuds LED Indications:
Low battery in it (<30%): Red LED flashes 3 times when the case lid is opened.
30-100% charge: Blue LED flashes 3 times when the case lid is opened.
Power ON: Blue LED is on for 1 second.
Pairing mode: Master earbud LED blinks red & blue alternatively. Slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds.
Pairing successful (1 time indication): Solid blue LED for 3 seconds.
If pairing not successful (In pairing mode): If 5 minutes later, pairing is still not successful, then the earbuds will show solid red LED for 1 second and auto power off.
Connected: Slowly breathing blue LED on both earbuds. No LED flash when media is playing.
Disconnected: Same as Pairing mode (Master earbud LED blinks red & blue alternatively. Slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds).
Earbuds Charging: Flashing white LED on case when lid is closed.
Fully charged: LED on case turns off.
Play the music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain).
Factory Reset Successful: Red LED blinks quickly 5 times on both earbuds. White LED blinks quickly 3 times on the charging case.
Charging Case LED Indications (Case Status):
LOW BATTERY (<10 %): Blinking White LED.
CHARGING STATE: White LED flashes slowly.
FULLY CHARGED (100%): Solid white LED for 5 seconds and then LED turns off.
Charging Case LED Indications (When Earbuds are charging from the case and the lid is closed):
On charging: The white LED flashes continuously.
Fully charged: The white LED turns off.
Our IWP™ technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!
There is no special process to enable IWP™- simply follow the steps to first pair your Airdopes Prime 413 to your media device. Then upon subsequent usage, the IWP™ tech will be enabled and the earbuds will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on in your media device.

To install the boAt Hearables app, you can follow one of the options mentioned below-
Scan QR Code: Airdopes Prime 413 has the Hearables app QR code printed on the packaging box. Simply scan this code using your smartphone. The subsequent link will redirect you to the Google Play Store and iOS Store, and you can select the applicable option.
Google Playstore: Download the boAt Hearables app from the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone.
App Store: Download the boAt Hearables app from the App Store on your iOS smartphone.
After installing the app, follow the steps shown to set up your account by entering your phone number, name, and email ID.
Account setup is a one-time action.
Turn on the Bluetooth on your media device.
Log in to your account on the boAt Hearables app.
Go to the “My Devices” section.
Open the case lid. The earbuds will show up under the list of available devices with “Ready to Pair'' status.
Tap the Airdopes Prime 413 name card and accept the pairing request pop-up notification on your media device.
Tap the ‘Ok’ option on the pairing notification. You can also save Airdopes Prime 413 to your Google account for fast pairing in the future by clicking on “Save” and then “Set up”.
To reset Airdopes Prime 413 from your device, go to the Troubleshooting section “?” on the Hearables app.
Next, tap the “Malfunctioning” sub-header in the Troubleshooting section.
Click on the option “Reset My Device” to reset the earbuds.
Airdopes Prime 413 will now show as “Ready to Pair” in the My Devices section.
Dual EQs are preset Equalizer modes found under the "Sound" tab of the Hearables App.
Under the Sound tab, you can select modes like 'Balanced', 'Rock', 'Classic', 'Pop', and 'Club' to experience preset EQ modes.
You can also tap 'Custom' to customize the sound elements to your preference.

The "Sound" tab displays the "boAt Equalizer" which allows you to change the sound profile (EQ mode) while listening to music.
The "System" tab allows you to manage system functions:
Multipoint Connectivity: Toggle the feature ON or OFF.
Software Update: Check and install the latest firmware version.
User Manual: Access the product's manual.
Multipoint connectivity remains ON by default for keeping Airdopes Prime 413 connected to two media devices at the same time.
Under the System tab in the Hearables App, slide the “Multipoint Connectivity” toggle to the OFF state to deactivate it. Slide the toggle once again to ON to activate multipoint connection.
Manual Setup: The feature can also be set up manually by connecting to the first device, turning off its Bluetooth, connecting to the second device, and then turning on the first device's Bluetooth again.
Pair Airdopes Prime 413 to your media device by following the pairing process.
Go to the “System” tab on the Hearables app.
Tap the “Check For Updates” option under the “Software Update” header to check and update Airdopes Prime 413 to the latest firmware version, if available.
Tap the “Diagnose My Device” option at the bottom of the app screen.
Follow the instructions to start the smart diagnostics process.
Click on “Let’s Go” to start.
Complete all the steps one by one to check Bluetooth connectivity, mic, speaker, and battery functions.
Click on ‘Done’ to finish diagnostics.
The earbuds have IPX5 water and sweat resistance.
However, it is not recommended to submerge them in water or use them for prolonged periods during activities like swimming or showering, as this may cause damage.
