Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

To perform a reset:

*NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Plus 311"; from pairing device history by forgetting device

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

Note: To complete the factory reset, all of the above steps should be performed.

3. Once the charging is complete, charging case automatically switches off to save power and LED indicator turns off

To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. White LED flashing slowly indicates charging and white LED remains solid ON to indicate full charge.

• Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, A Red led light on the earbud’s will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.

1. Check if dust has accumulated inside the earbuds or if there is any obstruction.

2. Check if ear wax has accumulated inside the earbuds.

3. Check if there is no damage to the tips of the earbuds and see if changing them helps.

4. Check if sweat or water has gone inside the earbuds.

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first. The red LED on the earbuds remains solid on to indicate that they are still being charged. Once the earbuds have been completely charged, the blue LED remains solid on for 10 seconds and then turns off.

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the white LED on the case is blinking to indicate charging.

3. Check by switching the earbuds on manually- touch and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash blue.

4. Check if the device was not subjected to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if they controls do not function on call or other media players

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue

2. Check if dust or ear wax as accumulated near or inside the microphone port, there is no blockage on the microphone.

3. Check if swear or water has gone inside the microphone.

4. Check if there are any obstructions between the earpods and

the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earpod and see if it still affects it.

1. Check if your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure that you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has Airdopes Plus 311 in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

7. Connected : Solid blue light flashes for 3 seconds on both the earbuds & No LED flash when media is playing

8. Disconnected : The same as pairing mode: Alternate blue and red LED flashes on the master earbud and slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds

9. Earbuds Charging : Solid red LED on opening the lid

10. Fully charged : Blue LED remains solid ON for 10 seconds and then turns off

11. Playing music : All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain)

12. Factory Reset : Red LED blinks 5 times on both the earbuds after successful factory reset.

• Single tap on the CTC of either of the earbuds once, would result in answering an incoming call

• Double tap the CTC of either of the earphones would result in ending or rejecting incoming calls
