Airdopes Plus 214

1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by a tone prompt in the earbuds.

2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

3. Check and see if factory resetting the device works.

4. Check if the pogo pins in the charging case and both earbuds are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and try using them again.

Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing a reset, clear "Airdopes 214" from pairing device history by forgetting the device.

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Keep the case lid open.

3. Long press the reset button for 10 seconds. LED rapidly flashes 5 times on the charging case after successful reset.

4. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

5. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

Congratulations! Your Airdopes Plus 214 has been Reset.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. LED flashing continuously indicates charging and solid LED indicates full charge.

• Perform a factory reset. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clean the earbuds to restore the original sound.

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged. The first case LED is solid on for 3 seconds and then turns off to indicate that they are still being charged. 

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom of the case are glowing to indicate charging.

3. Check if the product was not subjected to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight, or hazards like fire.

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

Smart Power Off:

1. After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.

2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation and close the case lid.

3. The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter charging mode).

Manual Power Off: Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 10 seconds (one at a time) till the earbuds get turned off, to manually switch off the earbuds.

• Single tap the CTC on either earbud to answer an incoming call

• Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls

• While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud CTC to pause or play the track

1. While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC to return to the previous track.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track.

• Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode.

3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes Plus 214” to connect.

Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter into Connection Mode.

1. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

2. Search for ‘Airdopes Plus 214’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

3. Once connected, the earbuds will play a tone prompt to indicate successful pairing with your device.

4. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

5. You can only skip to the "next track" using the right earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

6. You can only switch to the "previous track" using the left earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

• Long touch the CTC on the right earbud for 3 seconds to activate BEAST™ mode. Long touch the CTC on the right earbud for 3 seconds again to de-activate BEAST™ mode.

This is to indicate the earbuds are getting charged from the case (when case lid gets closed):

Note:

1. When the earbuds are inside the charging case, the case LED shows the battery level of the case and then the charging state of the earbuds. Once the earbuds are removed from the charging case, the case LED shows the battery level of the charging case.

2. In case the earbuds battery level drops below 20%, the earbuds will play a tone prompt to indicate low battery status.

Earbuds Factory Reset LED Indications:

1. Our IWP™ technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.

2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!

• There is no special process to enable IWP™- simply follow the steps to first pair your Airdopes 214 to your media device. Then upon subsequent usage, the IWP™ tech will be enabled and the earbuds will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on in your media device.
