Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Beat" from your device's pairing history

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the red LED on both earbuds flashing 5 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for a few seconds.

4. Open the charging case and perform a fresh connection. Congratulations! Your Airdopes Beat has been reset.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case.

   Settings > Sound & vibration > Sound effects > Graphic equalizer, You can now choose preset styles or manually adjust the equalizer to your preference.

   Settings > Sounds and vibration > Sound quality and effects > Equalizer, You can now either choose from pre-set EQ options (like "Music", "Bass", etc.) or manually adjust the frequency bands to fine-tune the sound.

• Perform a factory reset. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clean the earbuds to restore the original sound.

• In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance (Caution - Prevent your product from overheating through the dryer).

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

3. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power On.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

4. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

• ​Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls.

• While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud CTC to pause or play the track.

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

6. You can only skip to the "next track" using the right earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

7. You can only switch to the "previous track" using the left earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

1. No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume controls on them. The volume has to be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.

• No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and there is no provision to turn them off or lower their volume.

• While your earbuds do have IPX4 water and sweat resistance, it is recommended that they are not submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers, as it may lead to damage.
