1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud.

2. If one of them fails to Smart Power On, try manually switching the earbud on (Manual Power On) - long touch the CTC for 3 seconds and release. The LED begins to flash blue when the earbud switches ON.

3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

4. Check and see if factory-resetting the device works.

• Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

• Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.

• Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.

To perform a reset on your Airdopes Atom 81 Pro :

Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop

1. Open the lid of the charging case and place the earbuds within the case.

2. Close the charging case lid and press the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds. Red LED on both the earbuds rapidly flashes 5 times and the white LED on the charging case blinks quickly for 5 seconds to indicate successful reset.

3. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

Congratulations! Your Airdopes Atom 81 Pro has been reset.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. White LED blinks continuously to indicate charging and solid white LED indicates full charge.

1. Ensure the Airdopes case is charged for charging the earbuds.

2. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation. The White LED on the case remains ON while the earbuds are getting charged. This light will turn off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

3. Clean the magnetic charging pins on the case and on the earbuds with a clean cloth dipped in mild alcohol, apply a medium pressure while cleaning and check the charging of the earbuds again.

4. After cleaning, put both the earbuds into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ zero/ none.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

4. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first. The red LED on the earbuds flash 3 times when the case lid is opened to indicate low battery. Once the earbuds have been completely charged, the blue LED on the earbuds flash 3 times when the case lid is opened.

3. Check by switching the earbuds on manually- long touch the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds and release until the LED begins to flash white.

4. Check if the device was not subjected to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.
