Airdopes Alpha Gen 2

​Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:​

​NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes Alpha Gen 2" from your device's pairing history by forgetting the device.​

1. ​Take out the earbuds from the charging case.​

2. ​Long touch the CTC on both earbuds simultaneously for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the LEDs on both earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.​

3. ​Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.​

4. ​Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.​

5. ​If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.​

​If IWP™ isn't functioning:​

1. ​Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.​

2. ​Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.​

3. ​Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.​

4. ​Try factory-resetting the device.​

1. ​To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.​

2. ​While charging, the 1st and 3rd LEDs on the case remain solid on for 10 seconds.​

3. ​Once the charging is complete, the LEDs turn off.​

• ​To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.​

1. ​Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.​

2. ​To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.​

​Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case.​

1. ​Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the correct orientation.​

2. ​Solid white LED on the case for 8 seconds indicates that the earbuds are getting charged. This white light turns off once the earbuds have been completely charged.​

3. ​Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.​

4. ​Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and they have been properly inserted inside the case.​

5. ​Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using cotton swabs dipped in alcohol.​

2. ​Charging through cable/wire – Standard cable: 35 strands @0.10mm diameter/strand​

3. ​Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.​

​Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.​

1. ​Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.​

2. ​If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.​

3. ​Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.​

​To troubleshoot control issues:​

1. ​Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.​

2. ​Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.​

3. ​Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.​​ ​

• ​Tap the left earbud CTC for 3 times to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.​

• ​Tap the right earbud CTC for 3 times to activate/deactivate low-latency gaming BEAST™ mode.​

• ​Earbuds LED Indications:​

1. ​Low battery in it (<30%): Red light quickly blinks 3 times on opening the lid.​

2. ​Power ON: Solid blue light flashes for 1 second on opening the lid.​

3. ​Power OFF: Red LED flashes for 3 seconds when powered off.​

4. ​Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. Slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.​

5. ​Pairing successfully (1 time indication): Solid blue LED for 3s on the left and right earbuds.​

6. ​If pairing not successful (In pairing mode): The earbuds will show solid red light and auto power off after 3 seconds.​

7. ​Connected: Blue light flashes every 20 seconds on both the earbuds, or no LED flash when media is playing.​

8. ​Disconnected: Same as Pairing mode (Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. Slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds).​

9. ​Earbuds Charging: Solid red LED on opening the lid.​

10. ​Fully charged: LED turns off on opening the lid.​

11. ​Playing music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain).​

12. ​Factory Reset Successful: LED blinks 5 times on both earbuds after successful factory reset.​
