Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. to perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 71 Gen 2" from your device's pairing histo ry.

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Long to uch the CTC on both earbuds simultaneously for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the LEDs on both earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Blueto oth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try facto ry-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. While charging, the white LED on the case remains solid ON.

3. Once the charging is complete, the charging case auto matically switches off to save power.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

2. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. White LED flashing slowly indicates charging and solid white LED indicates full charge

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. White LED on the case remains solid ON while the earbuds are getting charged. This light will remain solid on for 8 seconds and then turn off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

3. Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.

4. Check if the charging pins of the earbuds are clear and there is no obstruction.

5. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and they have been properly inserted inside the case.

6. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using cotto n swabs dipped in alcohol.

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

3. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they auto matically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

4. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

5. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.
