  2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.

There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage, the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on on your media device.

  1. Remove both earbuds to play/ pause

  2. This is not standard In-ear detection(which is for 1 ear), it is for both earbuds, one is removed then it is not paused and the music plays in one earbud when both are removed then it is paused. Also, when 1 earbud or both earbuds are put back it starts playback.

  3. Also works well with all music streaming apps prime, Netflix, and Youtube, the wear detection is unstable with Hotstar and other video streaming platforms so please keep this in mind while marketing the product. If not working, clean the sensors which are near the ear.

  1. ENC is for the mic during calls, it automatically activates once you’re on a call or meeting, doesn’t cancel your noise but ensures clear calls and your noise would not be heard by the caller.

  2. ANC cancels noise around you during music, no music, movies and videos. Cancels more ambient noise and reduces high-intensity noise, has to be activated by 2 second long press.

No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and as of now there is no feature to turn them off or lower their volume.

  1. Yes, the earbuds have any integrated volume control on them, the volume can be controlled using swiping the right earbuds up for volume up and swiping down for volume down

  2. Also, earbuds have a lot of integrated track control, you can swipe up the left earbud for the previous track, and swipe down left earbud for the next track

  3. Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.

While your earbuds do have a certain amount of water and sweat resistance (reply based on the IP level of the earbud) it is recommended that they are not submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers as it may lead to damage.
