Troubleshooting FAQs

1.Check if the device is in pairing mode and indicating that by alternating green and red LED flashes on either earbud.

2.Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

3.Check if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections or not.

4.Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter 0000 / 1234.

5.Check if the device being connected to does have any software issues or not – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software, if it still does not work try factory resetting the device.

Factory Resetting:

Step-1:  Place the earbuds inside the case in the correct orientation but don’t close the lid

Step-2:  Long press the Reset button on the charging case for up to 10 seconds to do factory reset, which is indicated by the flashing of white LED on the charging case.

Step-3: Close the lid of the charging case for 5 seconds.

Step-4: As soon as you open the lid of the carry case, the earbuds power on and
the factory reset gets completed.

​Below are the cases where factory reset may be helpful

  • One earbud is not working

  • Earbuds are not getting connected or scanned

  • Earbuds gets disconnected during a phone call

  • If there are exceptions in usage

1.Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by light blue LED flashes.

2.If one of them fails to smart power on, to manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the CTC for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash in red and white colours.

3.Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

4.Check and see if hard resetting the device work as desired or not.

5.Check if the earbuds are charging or not. If not then clean the earbuds and the charging case specially the charging pins and connectors with mild alcohol swab and see if it goes in charging mode or not.

1.Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

2.Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.

3.Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.

4.Try factory-resetting the device.
