Troubleshooting FAQs

1. Check if the device is in pairing mode and indicated by the LED blinks on either earbud.

2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

3. Check if the connected device supports Bluetooth connections.

4. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so then enter 0000 / 1234.

5. Check if the connected device has any software issues – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, and update the mobile software, if it still does not work try factory resetting the device.

Factory Resetting the 411 ANC

Step 1: Place the earbuds inside the case

Step 2: When the earbuds are inside the charging case, keep the lid of the charging case open, long press both the CTCs of the earbuds for 6 seconds until the LED of the charging case blinks thrice in red colour.

Step 3: Close the lid and then reopen it after a few seconds

Step 4: Perform a fresh connection attempt again. Your Airdopes are reset to the factory settings.

  • One earbud is not working

  1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter the Connection Mode, indicated by flashing Blue LED on the right earbud and solid Blue on the left earbud.

  2. If one of them fails to smart power on, to manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the CTC for 2 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash blue.

  3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

  4. Try to Factory reset the device.

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation to charge them.

2. A solid Green LED will indicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once completely charged, the LED indicator turns off.

Note: Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds and also keep the charging case’s lid closed while charging.

To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

1. Check if the stickers on the charging points of the earbuds are removed. If not then it should be removed and the ear pods will start charging once put inside the charging case.

2. Check if the charging cable connected to the case is not broken, use another charging cable, and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

3. The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.

4. Check if the Type-C port on the port is damaged.

1. Ensure that the earphone case is charged for charging the earbuds.

2. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, and
a red light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

3. Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and place them on the earbuds with a clean cloth with mild alcohol and check the charging of the earbuds again.

4. After cleaning, put both the earbuds into the case in their correct orientation and close the lid. The LED in the case will flash in purple for 5 seconds.

5. Once both the earbuds are charged, the LED on the case will blink in Cyan colour to indicate the same.

1. Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.

2. Check if the charging pin of the earbuds is clear and there is no obstruction.

3. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and if they have been properly inserted inside the case.

4. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning it with cotton swabs and alcohol.

 

 Power ON: There are two ways to switch ON the earbuds: ​

  1. To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply take them out from the charging case.

  2. To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On). OR Long touch the CTC for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them ON.

  3. Both the earbuds will automatically pair with each other. The earbud will enter the connection mode.

Power OFF: There are two ways to switch OFF the earbuds:

Smart Power Off:

Step1: After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.

Step2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in their correct orientation.

Step3: The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter into charging mode).

Manual Power Off:

Step1: Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 8 seconds to manually power off the earbuds.

Step2: Once the earbuds get turned off, place them back inside the case and close the lid.

Step 1: Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options; Smart Power ON or Manual Power ON for switching ON the desired earbud.

Step 2: The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternating Green and Red LED flashes.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for ‘Airdopes 411 ANC’ to connect.

Note: To switch to Stereo mode, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.

Step 1: Switch ON the earbuds, a red and white light will flash to confirm that they have been switched on. Both the earbuds will pair with one another automatically.

Step 2: The earbuds will enter into the connection mode, indicated by alternating red and white LED flashes.

Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

Step 4: Search for ‘Airdopes 411 ANC' and pair accordingly. Enter ‘0000’ as the passkey if asked.

Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected successfully via Bluetooth.

Triple tap on the CTC of either of the earphones to activate the voice assistants such as Google Assistant or Siri

Single tap the CTC of the left/right earbud to answer an incoming call and once again to hang-up an ongoing call.

Long touch the CTC of either of the earphones for 2 seconds would result in rejecting incoming calls

While playing music, double tap on the left/right CTC result in a pause, and another double tap will result in play.

Note: For play/pause, our right earbud offers the in-ear detection technology.

To pause tracks, simply remove the right earbud from the ear, whereas in order to play the track again, simply put the right earbud back inside the ear.

Navigating to the previous/next track would only be done from the media device the Airdopes are connected to.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/default.

2. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

  1.  Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.

  2. Please follow the steps carefully, long touch the CTC for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device. Though under some circumstances, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first or not. A blue light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct (5V/2A) for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.

3. Check by switching the earbuds on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 2 seconds until the LED begins to flash in blue.

4. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires, exposure to direct sunlight, or hazards like fire.

5. Check if the charging pins of the case and earbuds have some dirt accumulation or corrosion and clean them with an alcohol swab and then put them back in the case for charge and the earbuds should start charging.

1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on-call or on other media players

3. Check if the controls have not been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

4. Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.

1. Make sure that you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device you are trying to use IWP with before.

2. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and if it has the Airdopes in the list of paired devices.

  1. Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.

  2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.

There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage, the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media device.
