Troubleshooting FAQs

  1. Check to see if the device is in pairing mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud and blue LED flashes once every 5 seconds on the slave earbud.

  2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

  3. Check to see if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections.

  4. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so, enter ‘0000’.

  5. Check to see if the device being connected to does not have any software issues.

  6. Check to forget the device from the Bluetooth paired devices list, update the mobile software, and if it still does not work, try factory resetting the device.

  1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud.

  2. If one of them fails to Smart Power On, try manually switching the earbud on (Manual Power On) - long touch the CTC for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash blue.

  3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

  4. Check and see if factory-resetting the device works.

Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 311 Pro" from pairing device history by forgetting the device.

  1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

  2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.

  3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

  4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

Congratulations! Your Airdopes 311 Pro has been Reset.

Process 1 : Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 311 Pro" from pairing device history by forgetting the device.

  1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

  2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.

  3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

  4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection. Now check if the issue has been resolved. If the issue does not get resolved then follow the process 2 as mentioned below.

Process 2 : Manual Power Off

  1. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds (one at a time) till the earbuds get turned off, to manually switch off the earbuds.

  2. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

  3. Now connect the airdopes with your BT device and check if the issue has been resolved now. In case the issue persists, try process 3.

Process 3 : Cleaning the charging pins

Note : At times, dust or moisture or oxidation obstructs the charging pins of the earbuds for receiving sufficient charge from the charging case. This impacts the functionality of the earbuds. As a solution to this, cleaning is performed.

  1. Clean the charging pins of the earbuds with an alcohol swab / cotton slighlty dipped in sanitizer (spirit based). After this wipe the cleaned surface with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain.

  2. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

  3. Finally, connect the Airdopes with your BT device and check if the issue has been resolved.

  1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

  2. While charging, the white LED on the case remains solid ON.

  3. Once the charging is complete, charging case automatically switches off to save power and the LED indicator turns off

  • To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

  1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case. The recommended adapter output is 5V and 2A.

  2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. White LED flashing slowly indicates charging and white LED remains solid ON to indicate full charge.

  1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

  2. Perform a factory reset.

  3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

  4. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first- Solid white light on the earbuds will indicate that they are fully charged.

  2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.

  3. Check by switching on the earbuds on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the white LED begins to flash.

  4. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

  1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

  2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and whether the controls do not function on call or with other media players.

  3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

  1. Our IWP™ technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before, instantaneously upon opening the case.

  2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device.

  3. The earbuds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!

  1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

  2. Try factory resetting the device

  3. Ensure that the connected device is within the Bluetooth range (10m) and there is no obstruction between the airdopes and the connected device

  4. If sweat or water has gone inside the microphone then try to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in mild alchohol.

General FAQs

Power On :

  • Smart Power On : To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On), simply open the lid of the charging case when earbuds are kept inside.

  • Manual Power On : To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (*CTC) for 3 seconds on both Right and Left earbuds. This is indicated with solid blue LED for 2 seconds followed by a tone prompt.

Power Off :

  • Smart Power Off :

  1. After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.

  2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation and close the case lid.

  3. Red LED remains on for 2 seconds followed by a tone prompt. The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter charging mode).

  • Manual Power Off : Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds (one at a time) till the earbuds get turned off, to manually switch off the earbuds.

  • Single tap the CTC on either earbud to answer an incoming call

  • Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls

  • While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud CTC to pause or play the track

  • Previous Track : While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC to return to the previous track

  • Next Track : While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track

  • Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

  • Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

  1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

  2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 311 Pro” to connect

  1. Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter Connection Mode.

  2. This is indicated with alternate red and blue LEDs flashing on the master earbud and the blue LED flashing once every 5 seconds on the slave earbud.

  3. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

  4. Search for ‘Airdopes 311 Pro’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

  5. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

  6. You can only skip to the "next track" using the right earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

  7. You can only switch to the "previous track" using the left earbud in Mono/Stereo mode

  • There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage, the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media device.

  1. No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume controls on them. The volume must be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.

  2. Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.

  • No. Airdopes 311 Pro does not support aptX codec by Qualcomm.

  • Yes, Airdopes 311 Pro is integrated with 1 mic per earbud.

  • Yes. Airdopes 311 Pro supports ENx technology

  • Airdopes 311 Pro does support 50ms low latency for entertainment and casual gaming. But if you’re looking for a professional gaming equipment, then Airdopes 311 Pro is not the right product.

  • While your earbuds do have IPX4 water and sweat resistance, it is recommended that they should not be submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers, as it may lead to damage
