Airdopes 219

Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

Note : To perform a reset, clear "Airdopes 219" from your device's paired history.

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Tap the CTC on both earbuds simultaneously for 5 times each to perform a reset. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. While charging, the case LED remains solid white.

3. Once the charging is complete, the LED turns off.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

3. The LED on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. A slowly flashing white LED indicates the case is still charging. Once fully charged, all 4 LEDs remain solid white.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. A solid white LED on the case indicates that the earbuds are getting charged. This white light turns off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

1. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V, 2A

2. Charging through cable/wire – Standard cable: 35 strands @0.10mm diameter/strand

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.

3. Check if the distortion of sound occurs at all volumes or only at high volumes.

4. Check with different media players and different devices and whether the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

5. Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low charging levels.

6. If the earbuds do not have water droplets, in case they do, use a blow dryer from a distance to dry out any water.

7. Check if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax. If yes, simply clean the earbuds to resolve the issue.

1. Make sure the charging case is charged.

2. Try to manually power on the earbuds; the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

3. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol/spirit.

4. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

5. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds.

6. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

1. Try restarting the device.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

NOTE: Before performing a reset, clear "Airdopes 219" from pairing device history by forgetting the device.

• Single tap on the CTC of either of the earbuds once, would result in answering an incoming call.

• Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls.

• While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud CTC to pause or play the track.

1. While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC to return to the previous track.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track.

• Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

1. Both earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use Smart Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 219” to connect.

1. Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter into Connection Mode.

2. This is indicated with alternate red and blue LEDs flashing on the master earbud and the blue LED flashing once every 5 seconds on the slave earbud.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

4. Search for ‘Airdopes 219’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

Charging Case Status:

1. >25%: 1 flashing white LED.

2. 25%: 1 white LED solid on, 2nd white LED flashing.

3. 50%: 2 white LEDs solid on, 3rd white LED flashing.

4. 75%: 3 white LEDs solid on, 4th white LED flashing.

5. Fully Charged (100%): All 4 white LEDs remain solid on.

Earbuds Charging from the Case:

6. >25%: 1 flashing white LED.

7. 25%: 1 white LED solid on.

8. 50%: 2 white LEDs solid on.

9. 75%: 3 white LEDs solid on.

10. Fully charged (100%): White LED turns off.

Earbuds LED Indications:

11. Low battery (<30%): Red light quickly blinks 3 times on opening the lid.

12. Power ON: Solid blue light flashes for 1 second on opening the lid.

13. Power OFF: Solid red LED flashes for 1 second when powered off.

14. Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. The slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.

15. Pairing successfully: Solid blue LED for 3s on the left and right earbuds.

16. If pairing is not successful: The earbuds will show a solid red light for 1 second and auto power off.

17. Connected: Blue light flashes every 20 seconds on both earbuds. No LED flash when the media is playing.

18. Disconnected: The same as Pairing mode.

19. Charging: Blue LED blinks 3 times on opening the lid.

20. Fully charged: Blue LED blinks 3 times on opening the lid.

21. Playing music: All lights are OFF (but "Connected" status will remain).

Factory Reset LED Indications:

• When you long press the Reset button for 5 seconds, the white LED flashes 5 times to indicate a successful reset.

2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!

• There is no special process to enable IWP™- simply follow the steps to first pair your Airdopes 219 to your media device. Then upon subsequent usage, the IWP™ tech will be enabled and the earbuds will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on in your media device.
