Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

Note : To perform a reset, clear "Airdopes 212" from your device's paired history.

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform a reset. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly flashing 5 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through a reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. While charging, the white LED on the case remains solid ON.

3. Once the charging is complete, the charging case automatically switches off to save power, and the white LED on the case remains solid on for 8 seconds, after which it turns off.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

• The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken; use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V, as that will damage the case.

2. The LED indicator located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. The charging is indicated by the LED on the charging case, and once fully charged, all the LEDs will remain solid.

3. If nothing else works, and there is no physical damage, send the device for replacement.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. The white LED on the case remains solid ON while the earbuds are getting charged. This light will remain solid on for 8 seconds and then turn off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

3. You may clean the pogo pins by gently cleaning them using cotton swabs dipped in alcohol.

4. If nothing else works, and there is no physical damage, send the device for a replacement.

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clean the earbuds to restore the original sound.

4. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance (Caution - Prevent your product from overheating through the dryer).

2. Try to manually power on the earbuds; the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

3. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit.

4. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

5. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid, and open it after 5 seconds.

6. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

1. Try restarting the device.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track.

• Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode, indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 212” to connect.

1. Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter Connection Mode.

2. This is indicated with alternate red and blue LEDs flashing on the master earbud and the blue LED flashing once every 5 seconds on the slave earbud.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

4. Search for ‘Airdopes 212’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

5. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

Charging Case Status:

1. On charging, the white LED flashes slowly.

2. When fully charged (100%), the white LED becomes solid.

Earbuds Charging from the Case:

1. On charging, the case LED is a solid white when the lid is closed.

2. When fully charged (100%), the white LED remains solid for 8 seconds and then turns off.

Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low Battery (<10%): A red light quickly blinks 3 times every 30 seconds.

2. Charging: A solid red LED is on the earbuds.

3. Fully Charged: A blue LED remains solid ON for 10 seconds and then turns off.

4. Power On: A solid blue light flashes for 2 seconds.

5. Power Off: A solid red LED flashes for 2 seconds.

6. Pairing Mode: The master earbud alternates between red and blue flashes. The slave earbud flashes blue once every 5 seconds.

7. Pairing Successful: A solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.

8. Connected: A solid blue light flashes for 3 seconds on both earbuds.

9. Disconnected: Same as pairing mode; the master earbud alternates between blue and red LED flashes, and the slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds.

10. Playing Media: There is no LED flash.

Factory Reset LED Indications:

After a successful factory reset, the red LED blinks 5 times on both earbuds when you long touch the CTC for 5 seconds.
