1.Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

3.Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.

​Simply the earbuds back in to the case and take them out or perform the factory reset.

Use the provided cable to charge the case. The charging gets indicated by white LED on charging case. Once fully charged, all the LED remain solid.

Step 1: Please insert the earbuds back inside the charging case in correct orientation.

Step 2: A solid white LED will be on for 5 secs to indicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once fully charged the LED turns off.

Step 3: Once the earbuds are fully charged, the charging case led stays off to save power.

1. Check if the stickers on the charging points of the ear pods are removed or not. If not then it is to be removed and the ear pods will start charging once put inside the charging case.

2. Check if the charging cable connected to the case is not broken, use other charging cable and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case. The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.

1.Ensure that the earphone case is charged for charging the earbuds.

2.Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, and a white light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.

3.Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector place on the earbuds with a clean cloth with mild alcohol and check the charging of the earbuds again

4.After cleaning, put the left earbud into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.

6.Once both the earbuds are charged, the LED on the case will go off.
