  1. ​Check if the device is in pairing mode, indicated by alternating LED flashes on both the earbuds.​

  2. ​Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.​

  3. ​Clear all your pairing history and perform a fresh connection attempt.​

  4. ​If it is a passcode issue then enter 0000 / 1234. ​

  5. ​If the issue still does not get resolved then perform a factory reset​

  1. ​Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode.​

  2. ​Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.​

  3. ​Check and see if factory resetting the device work as desired or not. ​

  4. ​Check if the earbuds are charging or not. If not then clean the earbuds and the charging case specially the charging pins and connectors with mild alcohol swab and see if it goes in charging mode or not.​

​Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.​

​To perform a reset on your Airdopes 171:​

​Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop ​

  1. ​Clear the pairing records from your phone or media device and forget the device. Place both the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation to switch them off​

  2. ​Take out the earbuds from the case and tap the CTC on both earbuds for 5 times till the led turns red. ​

  3. ​Keep the earbuds back in the case and shut the lid again​

  4. ​Open the case lid again and they automatically restart and you can pair using IWP technology. Airdopes 171 has been Reset and ready to pair.​

​Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.​

​To perform a reset on your Airdopes 171:​

​Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop ​

  1. ​Clear the pairing records from your phone or media device and forget the device. Place both the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation to switch them off​

  1. ​To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.​

  2. ​Red LED lights indicate that the charging case is being charged. Once the charging case gets fully charged, the LED turn into white.​

​Note: Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds. Also, please keep the lid of the charging case closed. While charging and use a 5V/2A adaptor.​

  1. ​To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.​

  2. ​A solid Red LED will indicate that the earbuds are being charged. ​​Once fully charged, the LED indicator turns in to Green for 1 minute.​

  3. ​Once the earbuds are fully charged, the charging case automatically switches off to save power.​

​1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken, use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9v or 12v as that will damage the case, The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. ​

​2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter. A Case LED indicates charging and Case LED turns off to indicate full charge.​

​Note: The LED indicator located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. The charging gets indicated by White LED on charging case. Once fully charged, all the LED will turn off. Use only 5V 2A charger.​

​1. Check if the charging pins of the case and the earbuds are clear and there is no obstruction.​

​2. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation. A Red led light on either of the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.​

​3. Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector pins (Metal pins located at the bottom) on the earbuds with a clean cloth dipped in mild alcohol, apply a medium pressure while cleaning and check the charging of the earbuds again.​

​4. After cleaning, put both the earbuds into the case in desired orientation and close the lid and then connect it with a 5V 2A charger.​

​Note: The LED indicator located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. The charging gets indicated by White LED on charging case. Once fully charged, all the LED will turn off. Use only 5V 2A charger.​

​1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/default.​

​2. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance. ​

​3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.​

​4. If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset​

  1. ​Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, A White light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will turn off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.​

  2. ​Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.​

  3. ​Check by switching on the earbud’ on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash in White.​

  4. ​Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire​

  1. ​Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device​

  2. ​Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players​

  3. ​Ensure that the controls have not been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.​

  4. ​Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.​

  2. ​Try factory resetting the device​

  3. ​Ensure that the connected device is within the Bluetooth range (10m) and there is no obstruction between the airdopes and the connected device​

  4. ​If sweat or water has gone inside the microphone then try to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in mild alchohol.​

​1.Make sure that you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device you are trying to use IWP with before.​

​2.Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has the Airdopes in the list of paired devices.​

​3.Try factory-resetting the device.​

​4.Check if your Airdopes battery case has battery in it to have IWP functioning.​

  1. ​ Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device. ​

  2. ​Please follow the steps carefully, long touch the CTC for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device.Though under some circumstance, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.​
