• ​Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.​

• ​Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.​

​To perform a reset on your Airdopes 161 ANC Elite​​ :​

​Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop ​

1. ​Press the CTC on both earbuds simultaneously 4 times. Red LED blinks once on the earbuds to indicate successful factory reset. ​

2. ​Close the lid after placing the earbuds within the case. Re-open it again after a few seconds.​

3. ​Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.​

​Congratulations! Your Airdopes 161 ANC Elite has been reset.​

1. ​Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case. ​

2. ​To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc. ​

​Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. White LED blinks continuously to indicate charging and solid white LED indicates full charge.​

1. ​Ensure the Airdopes case is charged for charging the earbuds.​

2. ​Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation. TheWhite LED on the case remains On for 5 seconds while the earbuds are getting charged. This light will turn off once the earbuds have been completely charged.​

3. ​Clean the magnetic charging pins on the case ​​and on the earbuds ​​with a clean cloth dipped in mild alcohol, apply a medium pressure while cleaning and check the charging of the earbuds again.​

4. ​After cleaning, put both the earbuds into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.​

1. ​Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ zero/ none.​

2. ​Perform a factory reset.​

3. ​In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance. ​

4. ​If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.​

5. ​If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset​

1. ​Check to see if the device has been properly charged first. The charging case white LED remains solid on for 5 seconds when the earbuds are getting charged from the case. Once the earbuds have been completely charged, the white LED on the case turns off.​

2. ​Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the white LED on the case is blinking to indicate charging.​

3. ​Check by switching the earbuds on manually- long touch the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds and release until the LED begins to flash white.​

4. ​Check if the device was not subjected to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.​

1. ​Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.​

2. ​Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or with other media players.​

1. ​Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.​

• ​Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to switch between boAt Signature Sound & Balanced Mode. By default, the boAt Signature Sound mode remains active.​

• ​Voice Assistant cannot be activated using Airdopes 161 ANC Elite.​

1. ​No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume controls on them. The volume must be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.​

• ​No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and there is no provision to turn them off or lower their volume.​
