Troubleshooting FAQs
General FAQs
There are two ways to switch the ear buds on:
•Smart Power On :
To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply take out the earbuds from the carry case starting from the right earbud and then the left earbud.
•Manual Power On :
To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (*CTC (Touch Sensor)) for 3 seconds on both Right and Left earbuds.
Smart Power Off:
After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears
Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation
The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter the charging mode)
Manual Power Off:
Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds till the earbuds get turned off, to manually switch off the earbuds.
To perform a reset on your Airdopes 155 :
Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop
Place the earbuds inside the case
While earbuds are inside, long press the Reset button located inside the case for 10 seconds, until LED flashes 5 times
Close the lid, wait for 5 seconds and then reopen it
Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.
Note: To complete the factory reset, all of the above steps should be performed.
Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud
The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by Red and Blue LED flashes.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 155”
Switch the earbuds on; Both the earbuds automatically enter into the Connection Mode
Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.
Search for ‘Airdopes 155’ and tap on the same for pairing & connect via Bluetooth.
To switch to Stereo mode from mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.
You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode
Single tap on the CTC (Touch Sensor) of either of the earphones once, would result in answering an incoming call
Double tap on the CTC (Touch Sensor) of either of the earphones once, would result in ending the call.
Courtesy the In-Ear Detection feature, putting on earbuds plays tracks whereas removing them from ears helps to pause the tracks.
Alternative:
While playing music, single tap on the left/right CTC (Touch sensor) results in pause and another tap will result in play
Previous Track : While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s touch sensor would result in returning to the previous track
Next Track : While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s touch sensor would result in jumping to the next track
Activating Wear Detection : Tap the right earbud's CTC 5 times to activate wear detection on both earbuds.
De-activating Wear Detection : Tap the right earbud's CTC 5 times once again to de-activate wear detection on both earbuds.
Note: This functionality applies to both the left and right earbuds. Also, upon every subsequent Power On, the earbuds remembers & resets to the previous state of wear detection.
Volume could only be adjusted via phone/media devices.
Long touch CTC (Touch Sensor) of left earbud for 3 secs to activate the voice assistants such as Google Assistant or Siri
Triple tapping the either of the earbud’s CTC (Touch Sensor ) will active BEAST mode for gaming. Triple tap either of the CTC (Touch Sensor) again to deactivate BEAST mode.
No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and there is no provision to turn them off or lower their volume.
No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume controls on them. The volume must be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.
Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.

The Airdopes 155 does support low latency for entertainment and casual gaming. But if you’re looking for a professional gaming equipment, then Airdopes 155 is not the right product.

Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.
There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media device.

While your earbuds do have IPX4 water and sweat resistance, it is recommended that they are not submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers, as it may lead to damage.
