General FAQs
1.To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.
2.A solid White LED for 2 secs will indicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once fully charged, the LED indicator goes off
To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.
Red LEDs flash while the case is on charging. When the charging case is fully charged, it gets indicated by solid white LED.
Step 1: To Switch ON the earbuds (Smart Power ON), simply open the lid of the charging case (when earbuds are inside). Our IWP (Insta Wake N’ Pair) technology enables the
earbuds to power ON automatically, get connected and enter into the Connection
Mode. OR Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 2 seconds to manually power ON the earbuds.
Step 2: Both the earbuds will automatically pair with each other. The earbuds will enter into Connection Mode, indicated by Red and Blue LED flashes.
Step 1: After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.
Step 2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation.
Step 3: The earbuds will automatically switch OFF and enter into the charging mode.
Step 1: Long touch the CTC on either earbuds for 8 seconds.
Step 2: Once the earbuds get turned OFF, place them back inside the case and close the lid.
To perform a factory reset:
(Note: Pefore performing a reset, please unpair/forget the device name from the Bluetooth.)
Take the earbuds out of the case.
While in pairing mode, tap the CTC 5 times on both the earbuds. A successful reset is indicated by a solid Red LED that stays for 2 seconds and then the LED turns Off.
Put the eabuds back in to the case.
Both the earbuds can be used in “Mono Mode”
Step 1: Use Smart Power ON to switch on the desired earbud.
Step 2: The selected earbud will automatically enter the Connection Mode first indicated by an alternating Green & Blue LED flashes.
Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 141” to connect.
NOTE:
To switch to Stereo Mode, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power ON and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling stereo usage.
You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono Mode.
Step 1: Switch ON the earbuds; a blue light will flash to confirm that they have been switched ON. Both earbud’s will pair with one another automatically.
Step 2: The earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by alternating green and blue LED flashes.
Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.
Step 4: Search for ‘Airdopes 141' and pair accordingly. Enter ‘0000’ as the passkey if asked. Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected successfully via Bluetooth.
Long touch the CTC on left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the voice assistant.
1.Single tap on the CTC of either of the earphones once, would result in answering an incoming call.
2.Once done talking, single tap on the CTC of either of the earphones once, would result in ending the call.
Double tap the CTC for 2 seconds on either of the earbuds to reject incoming calls.
Tap the CTC on either earbud to play/pause music at your convenience.
Next Track: When playing music, double tap the right CTC to skip to the next song.
PreviousTrack: When playing music, double tap the left CTC to return to the previous song.
Volume cannot be changed from earbuds. It can only be changed from the media device connected with the Airdopes 141.
1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/default.
2. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.
3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.
4. If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset
1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first or not. A blue light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged.
2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct (5V/2A) for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level or use an alternate charger.
3. Check by switching the earbuds on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 2 seconds until the LED begins to flash in blue.
4. Ensure that the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires, exposure to direct sunlight, or hazards like fire.
5. Check if the charging pins of the case and earbuds have some dirt accumulation or corrosion and clean them with an alcohol swab and then put them back in the case for charge and the earbuds should start charging.
1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device
2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players
3. Ensure that the controls have not been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.
4. Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.
Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.
Please follow the steps carefully, long touch the CTC for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device.Though under some circumstance, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.
Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
Try factory resetting the device
Ensure that the connected device is within the Bluetooth range (10m) and there is no obstruction between the airdopes and the connected device
If sweat or water has gone inside the microphone then try to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in mild alchohol.
Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.
There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media device.
After long usage, residual stains and perspiration can affect the In-Ear Detection area or Touch control area. Please use a clean cloth to wipe those areas softly.

Yes, Airdopes 141 supports Type-C charging. If your mobile charger comes with Type-C charging support then you can easily charge your device using your mobile charger.

No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and as of now there is no feature to turn them off or lower their volume.
No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume control on them, the volume has to be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.
Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.
Airdopes 141 is IPX4 Water resistant. However, it is not recommended to submerged the earbuds inside water or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers as it may lead to damage.
